This business is a fraud and scam

This business is a fraud and scam. We brought 1 bottle and they charged us for 5 and sent 5. We made sure that we didnt sign up for auto refill when buying the first 1 and then we had a payment taken saying we signed up to auto refill. Just get the run around when asking for a refund and havent received any product to be able to return. Cant find our account, even though they could find it when offering a 50% refund to keep the products that we haven't received as well as sent proof through of the money they took without permission. Had to cancel card and lodge with bank disputes. Live chat doesn't work and just the run around through email. Unfortunately they dont respond until early hours of the morning even though the charge says Christchurch and to return products to Auckland.

Scam big time

Scam big time. Don’t buy from this company. Sent second order we did not request. Have been shoved around the globe from Australia ..America ..New Zealand ..Poland to different customer service representatives who fob us off from three days… Ten days…Thirty days stating refund will be banked within the given time frame .

This unfortunate scenario has been ongoing since November. The company have the second order we returned plus 427.88 and feel ok about stealing money from accounts that do not belong to them.

They do not have the courtesy to tell us that we won’t be getting a refund they just string us along. Very stressful and upsetting to have thieves feel ok about ripping pensioners off.
It’s time for the fraud to be exposed and the Police to be informed ..as we number among many people who have been shafted
The going’s on with this company will also be made public on social media ..

Refusing to return my money for a product I longer want.

I ordered a supplement product, not realising it was a subscription type order where they send me some more whether I wanted them or not. So we'll before the first month's supply was finished they mailed me saying the following months supply was on the way. I didn't want this as I realised their product was very expensive, so I mailed them saying to cancel the 2nd month's supply. So they did finally cancel the order BUT they still billed my credit card, and I am now in the process of trying to explain to them that they need to remove that bill from my credit card. They are answering my emails but seem to NOT understand that I've been charged for the 2nd month of supplement that I did not want. This is now getting frustrating and I can see from the reviews that this is not a good company to deal with. I have never encountered this subscription method of ordering and paying. I am very unhappy with this company.

I thought I ordered 3 jars of cream for…

I thought I ordered 3 jars of cream for $78.95 plus 2 free. The order came up for$394.75!!! I thought I had been scammed so I cancelled my visa card straight away while the account was still showing on the computer screen. I then had a long "live chat" and photographed every part of the conversation. I managed to get the order changed to just one jar for $78.95, MAYBE the cream will actually do what they are promoting. They were notified that I had photographed the whole conversation as they were very reluctant to send me an email in reply to some of my questions. Maybe that helped to change things.
This pensioner is learning.

Please DO NOT order anything from this…

Please DO NOT order anything from this place! I ordered the 3 bottle of drops plan because I was foolish enough to believe the hype and money back guarantee. So I'm out $208 with no response regarding refund. And to top it all off, I never received the 3 bottles I paid for!!! They only deserve a MINUS FIfty stars for the blatant scam on all of us.

Hi,harmony supplements give you the run around when your waiting for your refund it's 3mths I realize I made a mistake,I thought it was $29 for one cream as soon as I press yes they took $429.69 straight I got intouch and yes as soon as I got the 5 cream I returned them back asap and email after emailing them still waiting, I'm wondering have I been scam

Scan - Placed a one-off order on 3 December 2025 that cost $299.85. The number of tablets would last 90 days as per the prescribed dose. I received an email for another order on 12 January 2026. I did not request ongoing orders.

Do not even think of buying this from any one that advertises on Facebook or any one on line they are scammers I send the package back and they never sent my money back they after about a month took another$369 dollars
Stay away from harmony they ARE SCAMMERS

I was offered a refund for returned product, got the form filled it out and returned with product. My tracking number shows it was received but have never had a response after multiple follow up.

this is a scam company i did place one…

this is a scam company i did place one order with them to trial but was not very impressed , so i received a notice from them that another order was on the way which i had not ordered tried several times to contact them to explain to me about this order which was for $369.00. They just ignored my repeated request to explain so in the end i had to cancel my card is case they tried this scam again

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM! Thought I had ordered one bottle was charged 369.70 Then 2 months later the same amount was taken from my Visa account without my authority. Tried to get Visa to stop payment but they were unable. Had to cancel my card. Tried to get a refund but no sign of a refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

BUYERS BEWARE

After reading about a cream for arthritis, I got hooked in (buy 3 get 2 free), and so I placed an order NOT knowing that it was Harmony Supplements. I even attempted to ring them to no avail. It does not surprise me if they block customer's phone numbers so we can't contact them to talk to a human being. I then had to go on LIVE CHAT to try to cancel my order and to request a refund but was informed that my order had already been processed and shipped out all within the 20 minute time frame after I had placed the order and while being on LIVE CHAT. If it had been shipped out, I didn't receive a tracking number for it. I later received an email that my order had been cancelled as requested by me and that my card had not been billed. Checked my bank account and was charged $369.75. Like most retail websites there is a preview of the amount payable before clicking on Pay Now. Harmony Supplements DO NOT have this option so when you click on submit/purchase you don't know the cost until it's too late.
While on LIVE CHAT, I requested several times that I wanted to cancel my order and each time my request was ignored. They apoligised for the confusion but still weren't going to cancel my order and refund my money.
It is their fault as their website is misleading which I mentioned as well as having been scammed by them. They are dishonest and should be shut down. Their response times on LIVE CHAT were too far apart as it is not a human customer's deal with. Still waiting for my tracking number and products.

WITHHOLDING A LEGITIMATE REFUND

My elderly mother purchased some supplements which she was advised by her Dr to return. She contacted the company, after them offering a discount or even half price for the supplements, they finally agreed to the supplements being returned for a refund. My mother filled out all the necessary paperwork and returned the supplements via secure mail. TWO MONTHS after the company has received the returned goods, they STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY. The returned money value is in excess of $300.

Success in returning Suppliments.

My mother is based in Hearvey Bay and recieved the Suppliments from Ormeau QLD. She does not believe she signed up for these suppliments. Nore did she realise it was a 3 monthly subscription. The company they kept taking $396.60 out of her bank every time she recieved a parcel. This happened twice and we managed to get hold of the company on this number +64 7 810 8560. They Rep was very helpful and emailed her a return document for each deliveries and said they would honour the 30 day money back guarantee (for both deliveries). She had to ship the products back to NZ from Australia and had to list them as "Herbal Remedies" to get Australia Post to accept and send them. She sent them via tracked international post, which took about a 1 week and cost approx $AU19. She recieved a full refund a couple of days after the parcel arrived in NZ. They also said the parcel had to be returned in the same packaging as it was recieved in. We are very happy with the result and as long as you get the return document and return reference number you should be able to get a refund. I hope this is helpful to you.

I took 5 bottles of Sentinel Glycogen in the belief and following the blurb of your advertising specialist to help with diabetics but it had no effect with the diabetics or weight. Put me down as one of your successful cons

Bait-and-switch subscription

I was baited into a subscription I never wanted. After my first order, over a month later I was suddenly charged over $300 AUD plus delivery fees without my consent. I initially thought I was being scammed and even cancelled my credit card.

I never agreed to receive this product again, and there was no clear warning that this would happen.

The whole process feels misleading and unfair. I don’t recommend this company.
