Harper & Lane is a complete nightmare

Harper & Lane is a complete nightmare. I ordered boots on October 19th, and they finally arrived on November 3rd—only to be the wrong product. I had to pay to return their mistake. They offered to send the correct pair—but after seeing the cheap, terrible quality, I refused. I shipped the product back today and expect a full refund of $76.05.

Their “solution” was a $60 partial refund and a suggestion that I keep, donate, or resell their mistake. Seriously? Their merchandise comes from China, but they hide that fact.
Unprofessional, misleading, and a total waste of time. I’ll never buy from them again and will make sure everyone knows. Avoid Harper & Lane at all costs.

I would give them zero stars if I…

I would give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE BUT they do not tell you that. The item arrived and was too large. I asked to return it. They played games and asked me to send a photo of the item on me??? lol, and then after sending them a photo of the new item in the package they ignored me and them when I told them they were scammes and I had seen other reviews they told me they would give me 20% off to keep the item. Otherwise, I would have to pay to mail it to CHINA. They refused to provide a return address to CHINA. ( I doubt I would never get a refund from them if i did mail it).
The item was shipped from 182-30 150th Rd Jamaica NY 11413 so I asked them why I could not return it to that address since they say they accept 30 day returns. They are scammers...
They need to be shut down from selling online if they will not accept returns when they state they will.. I will not buy from them again. Luckily it was just a $65 item so I learned a relatively cheap lesson but they played endless games via email. So shop elsewhere and save your self money and aggravation. I hope this helps someone else:)

Harper and Lane will not accept returns and will not provide refunds. Poor Quality, also.

Harper and Lane will not accept returns, even though they say they will if you pay the shipping. They offer 20% of the purchase price but I did not receive that either.
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Warning....DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. POOR QUALITY AND NO WAY TO RETURN OR RECEIVE A REFUND!!!!!

Horrible!

My experience with this store was below any star rating. They refused to send me a return label and they just keep sending me a standard email saying thank you for your business. I’m reporting them to the BBB!

Well I have been scammed by this…

Well I have been scammed by this company. Ordered a red blazer style jacket 2 weeks ago and it arrived 11/10/2025. Picture looked great. Had a 30 day refund guarantee. I have contacted the company for a refund and received an email stating they do not see where I ordered from them. They had the correct order number. The jacket cost $62.96 with free shipping and it is not worth $5.00. Cheapest garment I’ve ever seen. It looks like the company is going to force me to have to file a fraudulent charge with my credit card company.

SCAM MASTERS..

SCAM MASTERS... AVOID this out-of-country company at all costs! You are virtually guaranteed a miserable experience. They were very slow to ship, and then when the item did not fit, they absolutely ignored our 3 different requests for a Return Authorization. So we now have an item that's worthless to us and, of course, they have our money and we have no recourse.

Fraud!!!! Never order from these scammers

The boots ordered were of inferior quality so I decided to return. The company made this nearly impossible. It cost almost as much to return the boots as the purchase price. I sent photographic proof of return and tracking number. Still waiting after more than one month. Just received an email that they are happy I accepted their offer of a partial refund - bullshit because I did not. I returned the order. They need to be sued as I am certain this is their standard business practice

I ordered a coat that looked gorgeous in the picture. When it finally arrived, it was nothing but a piece of cheap felt and they denied a refund. Very dishonest company and a total scam. Lesson learned.

TOTAL RIP OFF

TOTAL RIP OFF! I disputed on my credit card and got my $ back. I recommend you do the same. I tried 4x to return a cheap, thready, unlined dress and they would never provide the return address but instead kept offering to help me spend more money with a supposed credit. Call your credit card co and dispute their charge!!!!!!!!! I never write reviews but had to.

Came in 3 sizes too small and then they refuse to offer me a full refund or to send an item back. I got a 60% refund so I wouldn’t ship the item back. Do not recommend.

2 very poor quality jackets

Ordered 2 jackets. $154 it took about 6 week to get them. The quality was very very poor just cheap. they feel like it is a felt fabric . The same fabric one would make a kids school project with. I emailed several times only to be told they would give 20% back and to keep the jackets. They are too small and I wouldn’t wear that mess.

Nightmare company

Nightmare. Ordered shirt and it was a piece of junk. They make it impossible to return. No invoice and their bot fights you . They try over and over to make you keto it. Won’t give return. Offer a crappy credit . Then if you refuse they say you don’t want to return it costs 20.00. Happened twice .scam !!

This website is a SCAM

This website is a SCAM. They ship from mainland China and refuse to refund you despite shipments taking weeks and the items are poorly made. They are very, very rude. I reported them to credit card company and attorney general.

I would give a 0 star review if it were an option. I unfortunately ordered 2 pairs of shoes from these scammers. The shoes were very poor quality and too small. Once you order, there is no option to cancel or return.

Terrible and Dishonest

Terrible, dishonest company that should NOT be doing business. Basically, despite what they write on their website, returns are impossible. They will jack you around until you just give up trying to return. And, their clothing is Chinese Cheap Junk - the fabric of the shirt I ordered was itchy, synthetic, horrible stuff.

I ordered and did not receive a pair of shoes and paid for them. They said it was lost and could reorder or get a refund. They are diputing the refund that is still on my charge. I am getting no where. I even sent them my order # and email.
