Bought a necklace for my daughter...it was £32 ...I purchased in October...it was part of her Christmas presents....It arrived in a plastic bag ....no box no lifetime warranty as advertised...daughter wore it for one hour on boxing day ...it went from gold to a dirty rose gold colour....The company was on facebook as Lucy the Label then to Harper Jewels......I have emailed them and emails bounced back saying dont exist .tried to contact them...they have disappeared........absolutely disgusted ....DO NOT BUY OFF FB

Scam alert!!! This company is supposed to be Dutch but items are from China, I got sucked in from an Instagram ad. Purchased a pair of earrings at £30 saying 925 silver with moonstone setting. 3wks later they arrived looking like something from a Christmas cracker. They were a present so I couldn't gift these as they were a joke!! Got in touch with company as I wanted to return them. Address was in China. Looked on Temu they were on there at 1.91. Cost me £10 to return to China. Item is still held in customs pending. All in all a very stressful experience. Save your hard earned money as these pop up companies are all over Instagram and they aren't doing a thing to get rid of them despite me reporting them.

I ordered from harper jewels believing they were a Dutch company (hoping for delivery would be fast within the EU) with beautiful jewellery and a sale on at the time....I spent more on a pair of earrings than I usually would even at half price. They arrived late for the event I wanted them for and were of poor quality, definitely not hand made. Now I will say when I complained they did reply and suggested I could send them back but it was to china and too much hassle so I took a 20% refund......I found the same earrings on temu after for 5euro....DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Scammers alert!!This company took many weeks to deliver cheap plastic earrings not worth €30 I paid. They have used every tactic to avoid refunding me my money. I had to pay almost the same amount as the jewellery to return the package to an address in China and still i got no refund. They seem to be trading under 'heyharper' now as harper.com website no longer in use. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Scammers!!! Please be aware - they sent out 2 rings after 3 emails of chasing - ordered 4 more and the support emails site no longer exists - they take up to 2 weeks to respond anyway! Which makes me wonder how genuine they are.. I think they are trading under Hey Harper now - the number also is out of service - AVOID at all costs !! Lesson learnt!! I’ve sent a reply back to the original email some time ago attaching proof of receipt and proof that the email now no longer exists. Why are these companies allowed to get away with this - it’s awful for clients to be ripped off like they are being. I hope they get caught soon !!

Only delivered 1 of 2 silver rings purchased only it looked like tin

AVOID this company - they are scammers. I ordered a ring from them, it arrived 2 weeks after and looked nothing like the website - it looked as if it had been made out of a tin of baked beans. Tried to return and received multiple warnings that it was an unsecure connection with my details being at risk. Had to contact bank

My experience with this company has been very upsetting. I ordered earrings for my daughter’s wedding at £25. When I received them they were damaged and can’t be worn. I contacted them to explain and they said I can return them and when they received them I would be refunded. However, they then went on to say that I need to lie on the shipping form and say the value was below the cost, track it myself and contact them when they receive it. I was not happy lying and told them this and their response was to say the alternative was 20% discount and I can keep the earrings that are useless to me. Please think twice before using this company

Bad quality, cheap, absolutely different from the website. There is no way to return earings priced £65 the actual value is £2.
This is a scam, please dont buy it.

Ring arrived after long wait.
It is cheap and nasty not worth a pound never mind the 32 it cost.
Attempting to return as not right size and poor quality
Finally received return form after being offered a discount to keep.
Refused and in process to return to China .
Had to complete custom form they asked me to put a smaller value on form but have put true price.
Not based as they allege in Netherlands (may have an office there)
Have returned via Royal Mail international who are a waste of time as they cannot track even though they supply tracking number.
Took over a week to get return address which is in some building in China
Having to take another dispute through bank.

Ring looks like is has gold paint sprayed on
Also their advert shows trust pilot reviews that show no relationship to reviews on trustpilot site
HSBC credited me but now are taking money back saying I did not return item

Absolute rubbish. MY wife had seen a ring she liked, so I ordered for her birthday. Ring was delivered, eventually but bore little resemblance to the ring described and shown on the website. Tried to contact customer support to ask to return the ring, but silence from the company. Avoid, you have been warned.

I did some basic checks of this website but not enough. It is indeed based in China. I did get sent something but no way worth what I paid and took 4 weeks to get here. At least it wasn’t pricey.

OK so I'm a mug, I should have checked the reviews!!! The ring ordered has arrived - looked great on the site - BUT - it's not silver, its cheap and tacky, doesn't fit despite careful measuring and it doesn't 'spin' - apart from that etc etc.... BE WARNED - READ THE REVIEWS!!!!

Received earrings reduced to half price from €70. The earrings were not worth €5 when they arrived obviously from China. They are cheap and tacky and look nothing like earrings on website PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Also on reading other reviews I feel I will not be refunded.

Delivery took 3 weeks (came in from China) which isn't clear on the website. Ring is poorly made and definitely not actual silver. Sizing isn't right either despite measuring carefully. Website very misleading. Really disappointed for the price despite it being half price. Would not recommend if you're looking for a half decent piece of jewellery that will last.

Fake rip off jewellery. Not sterling silver, not stamped. Also don't believe any of the reviews - the same reviews that have always been posted in the last few days. DO NOT BUY from this scam website!
