Ciara continues to be an absolute help…
Ciara continues to be an absolute help in every way. She is a great buffer when trying to deal with the Harrington Financial Dept. A lot of times they do not understand or are to busy to understand what I am trying to tell them, and Ciara ALWAYS makes sure they understand so that I don't have to worry about anything. Definitely renewing my lease and she is a big part why.

My experience here has been an amazing…
My experience here has been an amazing one. The Nola coordinator Ciara had gone above and beyond time and again making sure my needs are met and answering all of my questions. Just recently I needed help to find a quiet space for a movie audition I had to self tape. I just threw the question out there, it’s not really her responsibility but she definitely came through for me. With a recent injury I didn’t want to travel too far. Every time I’ve called on her she has been dependable and I’m impressed!

I absolutely love Sierra! She made everything super easy for me. When I was first looking at the apartment she video chatted me so that I can see everything and she did not rush me, she made me feel super comfortable and confident with my decision choice.

Harrington Housing is a scam
Harrington Housing is a scam. They have no customer service and you can never speak to a human person. The only customer service line they have gives you the same line over and over that they will forward your concern on and nothing is done. Heaven forbid you need to move out early for a valid reason, they make you pay the reaming lease amount. They say you can find a sublet, but they don't approve any names you provide. They say you can pay a $500 readvertising fee, but you're still on the hook for paying the rent. They don't send any information or even an lease agreement until 30 days you move in. Even then, you make the arrangements to move in and pick up keys and we got a phone call after we travelled for 3 hours that they were busy and come back tomorrow. The only policies they actually act upon in their policy agreement are the ones where you pay more money because the rest of the policies they don't even bother listening to you. DON'T RENT THROUGH HARRINGTON!!! I wish I had this advice ahead of time

While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, we require valid documentation (e.g., for illness or job relocation) and ask residents to find a replacement tenant if they need to move out early. If a resident is unable to find a replacement, we assist with the process but there are associated fees to cover administrative costs.
Additionally, the lease agreement is immediately available on each tenant's profile once the verification process is completed, providing clear terms and expectations.
Our goal is always to work with our residents to find the best solutions and maintain clear communication. We appreciate your feedback and encourage anyone with concerns to reach out directly so we can assist in resolving them.
