The team at Harris & Co are so easy to deal with. They offer a very personable touch and the communication from them is second to none. This isn't your usual estate agents that is only interested in what they can make out of it - they genuinely are a great family run business and do what is right for everyone concerned. They find me the best prices for new products in my properties when required and take all the stress away from me. Keep up the great work.

Could not recommend Harris&Co more! I have used this company previously when selling a property and due to the great service and experience i had the first time around, I am now using them as my agents to rent out a property. As a first time landlord the whole experience was quite daunting, understanding what I needed to do and what must be done for me to get the property on the rental market as this was just not something I have had experience with and honestly I didn’t know where to start. From the first enquiry, my mind was at ease and everything was explained to me in detail and in a way I understood. The agents took time to make sure I knew exactly what the process was and the timescales and details involved. When it came to finding a tenant, they were fabulous. They listened to my requests and handled all the viewing with no issues, always on time and professional. Harris&Co have taken all the stress away and the process could not be easier. They have handled everything for me, keeping me up to date, every step of the way. They have answered all my questions (I’ve had alot) and they continuously put my mind at rest with their answers. I have complete confidence that my property is in great hands and I just want to thank everyone for their continued efforts because it makes my life easier being a landlord for the first time.

After three valuations on our property from three different estate agents we chose Harris & Co. Apart from being the most competitive price they were the only ones that had thoroughly researched the price trend for similar properties in the area. Also had the highest valuation from them and we got the price we wanted. We had an offer within three days of going on the market. A very friendly and professional service throughout the process and kept in touch with us every step of the way. This made selling the property an absolute breeze. As a renter I am a bit concerned we are pushed aside a little bit with communication there seems to be a decorum of Chinese whispers and miss communication and cooperation within this family run business Which is a shame for a firm that’s established themselves for this long

I just wanted to say how understanding and lovely your staff have been with me they have listened and supported me all the way Izzy was the lovely lady who showed me around the property I normally struggle with my anxiety she really made me feel comfortable and it’s very hard for me to be comfortable around people any isssues she has always tried her best to sourt out for me and all the other staff have to James has always been polite well spoken and understanding on the phone Danny come out to view the property with the door being broke and afew issues he also listend to my problems and was very understanding polite and well spoken that’s another person from your team I didn’t have anxiety around I love how use all treat my dog he loves use like literally dogs pick up on vibes and when use come in he just gets so excited to see use 💚
