Poor
Ordered vet a week ago to phone and find out it was at courier depot and I had to phone them to arrange delivery !!! God knows when or if it would have arrived had I not query it

I ordering regularly but sometimes too many of them are bursted and I had to bin them and many times I emailed but nobody got back to me to say Ah here we replace or send them back and get your money back or some Voucher or something

Delivery charges are too expensive. In terms of £6 charges, you should have next day delivery rather 4/5 days option.
