I recently purchased yew lollipop trees and have been a repeat customer for some time the trees, shrubs , are always great quality and the team at Harrods are a pleasure to work with.

Great quality plants - large privet shrub. Arrived in excellent condition. Due to a shipping delay they even sent an extra plant! I would definitely use this company again.

A GREAT UNUSUALL PRODUCT......I'M VERY PLEASED AND AWAITING THE FLOWERS......

I arrived at the yard, spoke to Hugo, gave him an off cut from our existing hedge, he immediately took me through to some laid out pots etc, we matched up with the off cut ,he quoted for the quantity required, which was ideal. By the time I had got home, quote had arrived by email, I agreed etc, within a week the 18 hedge plants were delivered. All absolutely perfect, plus they are all extremely healthy & match the rest of the hedge. Very many thanks. Regards Mark.

I was not aware that the trees I selected which were all indigenous to the UK i.e. Scots Pine, English Oak and Beech trees were not grown by Harrod in the UK but imported from Holland...Spain and Italy....which is madness to me. If I had been aware that the trees were all imported I would never have purchased them. In addition the trees were ordered on 3rd Feb for delivery within a couple of weeks and today it is the 20th Feb and after a number of delays apparently I shall be receiving the trees tomorrow i.e. 21st February which is almost three weeks from the order date. That is IF I receive them at all! Finally I belatedly discovered that the Pine trees were around twice to three times the price of similar aged and sized pines from elsewhere which of course was most annoying to discover...i.e. I have over paid for the trees only to receive what I consider to be a very late delivery - they say not - and for indigenous trees grown abroad! Not happy at all.

Wow amazing experience I spoke with Hugo on the phone who guided me to making the correct choice of two spiral Yew trees and went the extra mile of arranging me discount the Yew Trees arrived safely and wow they are stunning thank you Hugo

From our first meeting with their sales representative (Hugo) to final delivery of our hedge plants and red maple tree today, our whole experience with “Harrod Outdoors” has been first class! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Very pleased with trees. They arrived in good health. The packaging was excellent. I would definitely buy from Harrod Outdoors again.

The delivery driver drove straight past my house and then parked up about a mile away. He refused to drive back and I had to drive down in my car and put a 7 foot Holly tree in the back which wasn’t ideal. The standard of the tree wasn’t great with noticeable lack of growth on one side versus the other.

Pleased with all contact when ordering and delivery.
Pleased with height of tree but disappointed that the top growth is very sparse and much less bushy than examples seen on line.

The plants were well packed and in good condition . You get notification the day before the delivery and tracking .
My phone call to customer services was very efficient . So I’m very pleased with Harrod outdoors and will certainly be buying from them again .

I was concerned about ordering plants online because I couldn't see them for real plus I thought that anything could happen to them on the way to me. I shouldn't have worried. I had already bought some at my local garden centre but those from Harrods were far superior and exactly as described. The driver helped me with the unloading, they are in the ground and thriving and I'm as pleased as punch with them.

Ordered two giant Sequoia trees Disappointingly both have now died after just one year in the ground. Followed all guidance and my other sequoias and specimen trees have survived, so not sure whats happened. Shame as this was part of an exciting project for me.

Hoped for abit more empathy and post purchase support given the cost and effort but it is what it is. No response to last email so I’ll just need to write it off as a disappointing experience

I needed three plants to add to an existing hedge so needed to be a certain height. The photos on the website did not match what I recieved.
The three I got were brilliant; bigger and healthier than expected.

The whole procedure of purchasing our plants was effortless, Hugo was our main point of contact, and he sourced the multi stem Portuguese Laurels from Italy, at a very competitive price, he has been a pleasure to deal with. When it came to the delivery this was flexible and the driver was great, taking our plants to exactly where we wanted. I’ve even phoned up for advise after receiving the plants and got some very helpful information, it’s nice to do business with a company that works as a team, thank you.

We went down to look for cherry laurels , met chandler and his team , so great to see such a young team so enthausiastic, and knowledgeable ,lovely array of hedging and trees . Ordering was so easy and delivery was before the estimated time. Cannot recommend highly enough.
