I contacted you Back in July to close my account and explained I have a gambling addiction and I am vulnerable. Whilst I was in a bad place I reached out to support on live chat who reactivated my account straight away without the 24 hr cooldown from request. This is against the law when it comes to gambling as when you request for an account to be reopened you need to give the customer 24 hrs to cool down which didn’t happen. I’ve now got myself into a terrible situation and deposited money I shouldn’t off the advisor has not followed the correct steps to protect a vulnerable customer.
