5* very much deserved, fantastic knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Quality products with a huge range to choose from. The aftersales service is fantastic which is extremely hard to find nowadays with a special mention to Lisa McCarthy who went over and beyond to ensure a completely fantastic service. Was in boucher road store today and…
Was in boucher road store today and went to use toilets i have never seen so much dirt, they had poo on seats of two of them and dirt and dust on rest. Looked like they havent been cleaned in months. Its about time you got toilets cleaned. I just walked out. Your store is clean so why isnt toilets cleaned and floors mopped.

We Recently had a good experience at the Boucher Road store. Helpful friendly and informed staff who only approached us when we needed assistance.Mark answered our questions and printed out details for us and was in no way pushy .
We decided to purchase the settee and he made the whole process easy and relaxed

From picking my suite to delivery was an absolute pleasure. Glenn, the sales man made sure I had the correct seating etc to suit us.
The delivery men were very professional and courteous and made sure everything was in the correct position and working order.
