I did an online order. Apparently the item got “lost”. Harvey Norman knew about the issue as they had to send another one to the courier. Not a word from them about it. It’s going to take the guts of 2 weeks to get my item. If I hadn’t enquired about it I’d have no idea why. Absolutely useless.

One item was delivered wrong ,I asked to change you requested to give back the item (witch I have no problem) and I asked to organise courier for 18:00 when I at home and not at 8:00 in morning when in in work .so I still don't have the item I order .so it's very disappointing experience.

I just Visited Carrickmines having made a stock enquiry on the phone with a very helpful Connor.
Dennis in the Store was very helpful and he passed me over to the Loveky Gayle Who knew all about the Iron and Ironong Board cover that I bought.
When I needed a foam underlay for the Board later I phoned Gayle Who went out of her way to help me and solved the Problem

Click and collect very slow
Click and collect very slow - ordered on a Sunday and notified to collect on the Wednesday - when doing order I confirmed that store had stock so why did it have to come from the depot?
