No need for sales people
The sales person didn't seem interested and didn't add any value to my purchase. Having purchased the phone I then had to go online to get a phone cover with an additional €6 delivery charge.

Poor after care . Informed I had to drive to nearest store to return faulty item. Travelled over 100km .

Good service
I bought 6 chairs, they were out of stock initially, but I was kept informed of their progress, and that was very helpful. When they were delivered all packaging was removed, ready to use straight away.
Quality seems excellent and they are very comfortable.

I bought a TV, they sent it to me, and it was broken. Why deceive customers like this? I don't want to buy anything from this network anymore. I don't recommend it.

We ordered a load of kitchen appliances…
We ordered a load of kitchen appliances from a visit to the store back in February with the intention of also buying furniture and electronic items at a later date. We found the store didn't answer the phone or respond to emails chasing delivery. The kitchen items were delivered in April except for an oven which they said was out of stock. Every time they were called they said they would call back and they never did. Eventually we got fed up and asked for a refund, ordered the same oven from another company and it was delivered in two days. So they have lost our business on the other items! Very poor service

Sometimes things go wrong
Sometimes things go wrong, which they did with a new appliance I purchased at HN Drogheda. They say not to judge when things go wrong but by what happens next and I have to say that the guys in Drogheda were excellent when I had to go back with an issues with a washing machine. Service was organised promptly and when it was determined that it may not be easily fixed the guys at Harvey Norman pushed the manufacturer for a replacement, successfully. During the process I did not need to chase the guys once, they picked the phone up and called me several times keeping me up to date with progress.
Well done and thanks to Eoin and the team, you are a credit to Harvey Norman.

Did not know harvy norman did garden accessories untill I lucked up on line. I got what I wanted.and it was delivered very quickly. And at a good price .I have always shoped in there stores for my house furniture. And electrical goods.. they have never let me down.

Called to give a two-hour window
Called to give a two-hour window. Two very friendly guys arrived during that window, did a perfect job of installing two appliances, one of which was integrated. Took away old appliances and all packaging, leaving the place as clean as they found it. Couldn't find fault if I tried, very pleasant experience.
