Your service is terrible.made an order twice for store collection..first time canceled for Drogheda collection, I was advised to order for Sword collection and I did it...I even rang in a shop to make sure everything ok. It was a delay for 6 weeks..and it's canceled again after two weeks of waiting...Never again I will use Harvey Norman ..and it's my advise to everybody ,shop somewhere else

I purchased a new Dreame Robot Vac from the Drogheda store. I knew exactly what I wanted so purchased online using the click and collect service.
It was a fantastic experience, easy to navigate online, got the message to say it was ready, used the option to drop to my car. A very polite guy brought my purchase out to me while I was getting my boot ready, straight into the car and off I went. Stress free shopping on a Black Friday weekend 🙌

Great helpful staff
The two staff members Lydaz and Ragavan in the computer and support departments in Drogheda. They both went out of their way to guide me to make my purchase of a phone and laptop. Especially when it came to transferring from my old phone and
installing Microsoft Office and McAfee antivirus. I was able to phone them with any queries. I would definitely recommend them as great staff members.

Went into the store today to collect a…
Went into the store today to collect a click and collect, stood at tills for over 20 minutes as I looked around and counted 10 staff standing in the electrical and computer area doing nothing, three members standing having a chat to each other. Ridiculous it took me longer to collect my item then it would have to drive to another shop buy something and get home. Will be rethinking where I shop from now on.

Everything was good instead of collection time, I specifically selected Click & Collect to save my time also before coming on the app I inform about my visit. In the Drogheda's store no body wait me, order not ready for collection.
