Easy peasy
Ordered a washing machine on a Thursday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday.
Delivery crew were on time and fitted the washing machine without issue.
From start to finish it was the perfect order and it's why we've shopping with Harvey Norman for the last 6 years.

Delivery service horrible.
I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service from this company. My mum’s sofa was scheduled to be delivered on two separate occasions, and both times the delivery failed to happen. We rearranged our schedules and waited at home as instructed, but the sofa never arrived.
Now we are on the third scheduled delivery day, and the sofa still hasn’t been delivered. This has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially after making time to be available for the deliveries, we haven't heard from anyone as to why no sofa has come yet again.

At this point, we simply want the sofa delivered as promised and some accountability for the repeated inconvenience caused.

Click and collect.
Went in and queued up for a click and collect that was ready to collect very quickly after ordering. Staff was nice and explained anything I needed to sign. Offered a bag and was polite. Good experience all around.

How to feel miserable in Ireland
Delivery guy rings at 8:15 saying we have a slot for u 8:30-9:30. I said we have to go for job either come at 8:30 or after 15:00 PM anytime. He said I can’t guarantee 8:30 AM and we can’t come after 15:00 PM. It’s like a trap they put you in that you feel miserable and follow what they say. We already got a text appointment saying anytime between 8:00-6:00 PM. Delivery guy was saying you should fix with the shop in Galway. When we ring Harvey Norman shop. Some random person will pick and start explaining policies that it’s not in their hands.
In one line: Ireland is a beautiful country, but if u want to feel miserable, send them to deal Harvey Norman delivery service in Galway

Delivery was on time. The drive rang in the morning to give an estimated time frame and contacted me closer to the time with an exact time. They were very helpful amd took my old dryer with them

Brilliant service
Employee Dylan was very knowledgeable and helpful about the product I was purchasing.
Delivery was organised within 2 days and arrived on time.
Installation was quick with no mess for me to clean up.

Tech Shop with Rubin
Rubin in the Galway store was extremely helpful,professional,friendly and has extensive product knowledge. Had he not been in store we probably would not have purchased over €1000 of product. If your tech shopping ask for Rubin in store he listened to our needs and found the best fit for us in the stock off the floor.
