Harvey Norman is an OK shop. It's good in Ireland, only because competition of this size and scale is non-existent.
Variety and selection of goods as well as prices are good comparing to other Irish retailers but pales compared to any other UK or continental stores of this size.

I purchased on line I was not informed in the process that the item was out of stock I then had to wait for 4 days which if I had know I would not have gone ahead with the purchase.

We ordered AC unit before heat wave and told 3 weeks waiting time. After 3 weeks, I have visited and asked order status and they told me they don’t know when product will arrive. 3 weeks of waiting to be told they can’t deliver my purchase

The whole process was simple, the website has great description of all features on the Nintendo switch 2 .
The ordering process was very straight forward, and I recieved the console in less that 24 hrs. The next morning it arrived.

Their delivery service is very bad
Their delivery service is very bad. On delivery day I got the message the item wasn't in stock which was scheduled a month ago.

Not a bad word to say about the delivery service. I got plenty on notice for the time of delivery. The two lads were bang on. Even offered to move my old fridge out to my garage.

Delivery
Delivery notified for Saturday between 8.00 and 18.00, received a phone call from Dublin after 2.00 pm on Saturday to say due to delivery crew not turning up for work delivery was being moved to following Monday.
I had spoken with Limerick branch staff member who said they had the mattress in Limerick store and I understood that delivery was being made by Limerick crew and I was up at 7.45 am on Saturday morning to move old mattress downstairs in order to expedite the delivery crew's time.
