Great service provided

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received for my Whirlpool fridge, which was purchased from Harvey Norman.
The fridge stopped working shortly after just one year of purchase. I lodged a complaint, but it took few days for a technician to attend. After inspecting the fridge, the technician left and said that parts needed to be ordered.
We then waited almost two weeks for the technician to return. However, even after this second visit, the required parts were still not replaced and the fridge remains unusable.
This has now left our household without a working fridge for more than 20 days. We are a family with full-time working parents and children, and being without a fridge for this length of time has caused significant inconvenience, disruption and additional expense.
The level of service and the prolonged delays are completely unacceptable. A refrigerator is an essential household appliance, and customers should not be expected to manage for weeks without one while waiting for repairs and parts.
I am asking Harvey Norman/Whirlpool to urgently resolve this matter by either repairing the fridge immediately with the required parts or providing a replacement, rather than asking us to wait indefinitely.
I would appreciate an urgent response and a clear resolution to this issue.

I had a really positive experience while engaging with the staff in Harvey Norman Ballysimon Road in Limerick. My initial contact with Harvey Norman staff over the phone was friendly, informative, the responses to my questions re purchasing the base of a bed were precise and exact.
I subsequently dealt with Tomas in the store, this gentleman is very interested in his job, friendly, helpful and very informative.

Item ordered online although wrong model was delivered, customer services rectified the issue immediately, organised collection and delivery of correct items reimbursed postage all within 48 hrs. Excellent service very pleased.

Not happy with my experience at all. While we were treated well in store and the staff was very helpful, the laptop I wanted was out of stock. They told us they would have it by next Thursday (in 5 days). I received no call or text as promised and seeing as I had just moved away to college my father tried to collect it in person. They said they would not have it till the following Monday, the Monday I start college. This is not good enough especially considering we told them I was starting college the Monday and needed it by then. They had to give us someone else’s laptop and ‘hope’ they would not come in looking for it. Now the laptop itself is acting up, possibly not even working. Overall very disappointed

I visited Harvey Norman on Friday 28 August, Limerick shop to purchase cordless ear buds. The whole transaction was an excellent experience, as Darragh made every effort to find me the exact ear buds for radio that I initially requested. He checked in the shop, on the store screen and eventually in the stock room. He was courteous and infomative about the product. Thank you Darragh.

Got a delivery from Harvey Norman. Aaron and Alan delivered my order. They were so nice and helpful and had the job done so fast. Very happy with the service they provided

Thanks to Zaid. I wanted to buy fridge-freezer and washer-drayer. He showed me several appliances, explained them and helped me make the final decision. The appliances will be arriving on my preferred date. Zaid also gave me some discount. I’m happy with overall experience and the bought products.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding the purchase and installation of my home appliances. Unfortunately, my dishwasher was not delivered on time, and I was given incorrect and misleading guidance during the purchasing process in the store. Some of the appliances from my order arrived, but unfortunately the dishwasher was not delivered on time. As a result, I had no choice but to cancel the dishwasher and request a refund. The appliances were also not fitted/installed correctly at my house, which resulted in me having to pay additional charges and arrange for another person to resolve the issue. What has been particularly frustrating is that when these problems occurred I was left without any proper solution or meaningful support from your team. I had to deal with the consequences myself despite having purchased the appliances and expecting a professional installation service.
This whole situation has been quite a hassle for me. I had to make a separate trip to the shop just to explain the entire incident and discuss what had gone wrong. I found the experience very frustrating and disappointing, especially as I had expected the delivery and installation process to be handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, this has been a very poor and extremely disappointing experience. I expected much better service, communication and after-sales support
