Horrible online experience
Horrible online experience, couple of times call them to get the assembly service for furniture. All the time they took the details for call me back but never get back to me.
I will never order again from Harvey Norman

Not a great delivery service at all…
Not a great delivery service at all they brought up the new fridge which was bigger than my old one but refused to take it as it needed 4 men to take it down a few stairs, had to ring harvey norman was told they would ring back never did so I eventually got a lovely sales assistant named sherwin who did ring me back and got onto the logistics company and after 5 days my old fridge was taken away by 2 men, would not recommend this delivery company at all

Mixed bag
Mary in the Rathfarnham shop was brilliant, extremely helpful & accommodating.
Delivery service was a mixed bag. When they arrived I was on lunch & said I'd be back in less than 10 minutes - older delivery driver wasn't happy. It took me 8 minutes to get back.I'm working too and I can't stay at home from 12-3pm without taking lunch. He was moany, unhelpful and unfriendly. His attitude would put me off buying in HN again.
In contrast, the young black kid was great -friendly, helpful and understanding. Plus he assembled the entire sofa. His customer service and attitude was first class.

Huawei watch
I went in with my Dad to pick out a birthday present. Sabba was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the collection of watches. He knew each one in detail which helped us make the right decision for Dad. We were not rushed and he gave us time which is everything. We are delighted with the watch we have picked out. Really poor experience
Really poor experience, purchased item, was charged, order confirmed, received collection email, was about to leave home to collect the item and received a phone call stating the item was not available and no more were available, no explanation as to why etc.. Extremely disappointing customer experience.

Product delivered intact and on time precisely as ordered. I would normally collect an order in store but now quite happy to order online when time is tight!

My order for a microwave took a week…
My order for a microwave took a week and a half to arrive in store. Upon ordering, I knew it wouldn't be available to collect in my chosen store. Shortly after i completed my order, I receive a call from the store saying that it wasnt in stock and they would have to order it in from another store. It would take 3-5 days. I was ok with that. A week passed and I heard no more until I decided to contact Harvey Norman via website to see where my order was at. Again, shortly afterwards, I received a call from the store apologising for the delay offering to deliver to my home for free but as I wasnt always available at home and lived close to the store, I declined and I was promised it would be in store within 2-3 days. Following this call, the order was available in store as promised. Upon collection, the store kindly helped me bring my order to my car.

The delivery was done in less than 2…
The delivery was done in less than 2 days after purchase. They provided a 2 hour delivery window, and delivered fuss free. The delivery guys even put the legs on the sofa for me, and took away all the cardboard. Great service!
