Great Online Ordering Experience
Fast, professional and excellent service from the online team in the Sligo branch. Ordered a Sound bar and it was ready to collect within 1 hour. The gentleman I met when picking up the sound bar was very friendly and professional, think his name was Conor. Overall a brilliant service from start to finish.

Didn’t have the colour I first ordered…
Didn’t have the colour I first ordered but Michael kindly called me the next day to say they unfortunately didn’t have specific one in stock but had another colour alternative. Def was the right choice in the end. Very quick delivery and kind customer care makes purchasing that much more easier and makes you return again to the store for any future purchases.

Helpful sligo staff
Called into sligo store this evening regards a faulty hoover, a ladycalled martina and a a man calles ryan tended to me, it was 6 o clock i had thaught the stire closed at 7, but these two members were extremely helpful and told me not to worry about the time they were very helpful, nice to meet people who are so good at their jobs.

I pad 11 set up
Recently had a problem with a new ipad(my fault) The technician Graham could not be more helpful as was the manager Paul .
Sligo is lucky to have this outlet.All the staff at this outlet could not be more helpful.

Bed delivered at agreed time.
The plastic covering it was wet and very dirty. The headboard material was wet, about 1/3rd of it.
Bed was delivered but not put together.

I had a problem with my fit bit and…
I had a problem with my fit bit and brought it into Sligo to the repair section. Graham was so helpful and kind. The fit bit could not be fixed but he asked his senior manager if it could be replaced. I'm delighted to say I got a replacement fit bit and no extra cost. Very happy with the service.

Nile in Harvey Norman's handled my delivery from a to z and couldn't be more helpful delivery guys padraig had old machine out and new in and took all packaging with them including old machine everybody could not have been more helpful I would certainly recommend shopping with Harvey Norman's for a hassle-free organizing and delivery

Electrical purchase …
Visited the electrical dept twice over the last week, Ryan was outstanding in his knowledge on products ( bought two products) he was very attentive, took his time to explain different products and allowed me time to make a decision even though the store was extremely busy, he is friendly, extremely competent and very polite , all in all a great experience HN are lucky to have you Ryan
