Collection date not met
I bought a product on September 12, 2026, with a scheduled pickup date of September 18, 2026. By September 20, I hadn't heard anything, so I called the store to clarify the timeline. The person who answered was rude and lacked information; he said there was nothing he could do and suggested I cancel the order. When I asked about the cancellation procedure, he simply hung up and wouldn't answer the phone again. Today, September 25, I went to the store and finally cancelled the order, as there was no estimated date for when the product would be available. It’s awful; they should just tell the truth—that they don't have the product—instead of leaving the customer in the dark. I could have bought it elsewhere if they had been honest. I’m never buying anything there again!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff from the sales team ensuring I got the product I was looking for to the professional delivery service who took great care to ensure the product I bought was in place with zero issue or damage. (And it was a tight squeeze)

Both Tommy & James are top class employees service employees
Both Tommy & James were just here. They were refitting a cupboard door that needed to be fitted.
They couldn’t have been any more helpful & pleasant. They actually made the door more secure than it had been. Tommy said when he does a job, he always does it right. If only there were more Tommys & James’s in the world. Harvey Norman you do a great job with your staff selection.

Unfortunately there's a major disconnect between the staff in the shop and their delivery people, my store experience was good but the delivery side was beyond appalling. An entire day wasted on a delivery that never came, that coupled with a level of dishonesty was truly upsetting

Great service from Subbu
Would like to give a shout out to Subbu who I dealt with in the Swords store. Purchased an LG fridge from him last week and he price matched with another shop as we seen it cheaper elsewhere.
We had an issue initially as it was sent out with a dent in it but it was returned straight away and we recieved another one 2 days later with no issues. Subbu also noticed that the price had dropped in between those 2 days so we recieved a further discount on the new order plus a €190.00 gift card to spend in the shop.
My partner and I were delighted with this as we are moving into a new house and plan on purchasing more appliances soon, the gift card will be a massive help with this.
Subbu was a pleasure to deal with and will definitely go to him again in the future, highly recommended.
