Property damage unsolved

When the staff brought the new fridge/freezer inside, they broke one of our pendant lamps by mistake. They made me sign the papers, without telling me that there is a customer section, where you can report this kind of issues (I wasn't aware of this section). Without giving me solutions, they just apologies and left. After that I realised that any damage caused to the property can be reported to the company.

Very poor service from Harvey norman…

Very poor service from Harvey norman agents Swords.

1.I had cancelled an order and asked to replace it with another 10 days ago one agent said we asked the refund and he issued an e receipt for the the item to be replaced. I went today after 10 days to check and nothing has been done no refund and no item replaced. Very upsetting 😡
2. I went to claim the earphones 10 days ago one agent said oh come back in 10 days because we done have them in stock . After 10 days another agent said why the other agent told you that!!! You should claim it via Samsung.

Why you dont do do proper training equal to all the agents and test them before starting as they represent the image of the company.!!!!

Sales person understood what I wanted and was able to get goods for me, he was very helpful and efficient

I said im on my way for contactless…

I said im on my way for contactless delivery to my car which stated we aim to delivery it to your car within 10/15 minutes i waited in my car 50 minutes to have to then enter the shop to be told by a back store employee there was an it glitch
Does not sound very plausible then after brining it out said your okay with it from here at the till like no im not that whys I wanted it dropped to my car cause I can't manage it alone very poor service

No QC

I bought a chair which could not be put together due to a factory error. The reason I shop at Harvey Norman is I pay more for the antisipation that there is a level of quality control. I will not make that mistake again.

New fridge freezer

From initial help with a broken fridge freezer through to purchasing a new one and delivery and installation all staff were so helpful and friendly.

Was giving notice of a Delivery time…

Was giving notice of a Delivery time which saves having to wait around all day, and I got a call from the driver 20 minutes before Delivery.

Service

Had ordered two appliances recently. A cooker on line and was delivered up from Limerick. This was damaged and distorted.
A washing machine in store. We had paid the extra for installation as this was an integrated. The installation team came to fit but saying there was no stop valve or something very similar was the reason they couldn’t fit. The left.
Having left we had to arrange a more expensive plumber at short notice to fit the machine. He couldn’t believe that your team couldn’t complete their task.

The external team you are employing are letting your team down. Sales staff doing all the hard work and the others just not doing the job properly. Very disappointing Harvey!!!

Brilliant delivery service

Sure enough they arrived at noon and brought our mattress upstairs to the bedroom and took away the old one. They unwrapped the pvc packaging and placed the new mattress on our bed.
Great service and two nice guys who are dedicated to their job. Great service!

New dishwasher

Bought a new dishwasher from Harvey Norman in Swords. A very pleasant guy called Daniel came to fit my new dishwasher. He was super helpful. He had a bit of a mare trying to get the old one but wouldn't leave until it was 100% right.

Amazing service

Amazing service. Didn’t have to go to the store. Called and got through to Simon. Extremely helpful. Ordered on Wednesday, my Fridge Freezer was delivered on Saturday. All done without moving from my house. Thanks for a great shopping experience.
