Need to put towel slider under fridge freezers to prevent scratching tiles when sliding on them sideways through doors (not with wheels turning as when pushing forwards . )

I was told they would be delivering…
I was told they would be delivering from 11 am to 4.20 pm
They rang at 8 05 am and arrived at ,8.20am
They were very abrupt and told me the fridge would not go in my door.
I told them I would take off the outer packaging and get it in myself
After a few words exchanged I had to sign a form relieving them of all responsibility if it go scratched which it did not
They then informed me that they didn't have to bring it into the house at all
Worst delivery men that I have come across in 57 years of my marriage
As you can expect I have told all my Neighbors and Friends about my experience

Very polite
Very polite and delivery men nice as the dryer had to be carried up a flight of stairs to my kitchen and never complained and did it with no bother at all.

Having placed an order for an ultra scarce portable air conditioner, from recent experience I expected a "sorry it's not in stock" phone call. However a lovely lady broke the bad news but sorted my bad news by offering me an alternative and some money back. True to her word Mr DPD arrived a couple of days later with my only hope of being "cool" Sorry, your name escapes me but thanks 🙏👍.

In store experience was wonderful
Tried to pay using humm. Why does it need to know such personal details. Then after going through the application forms only to be told that I've been denied. So I bought the thing in 1 go. Got delivered very quick, remote wasn't working right so I brought it into the store. Luckily it was only the battery, staff were really helpful.
