I would not recommend this company.
I’m an elderly pensioner and viewed a car at Harvey’s.
I paid £500 deposit but was unable to loan the finances required to buy the car.
I contacted Harvey’s and asked for a refund. At no point was I told this was non refundable. After 2 days I called again and was told that an admin fee of £250 was required. I honestly can’t afford to lose this money and I’m so disappointed with the way I’ve been treated.
I’m forced to now take this matter further as a result of there actions.

I can not recommend Harveys enough. We were looking for a car for my son who's just turned 17. Found a great Ford Fiesta there that we have bought. The care and attention during the sales process was great - good advice and a genuine interest in making sure we got the "right car". We had an issue post-sale that was not of Harvey's doing, but they still looked after us to make sure it was all addressed. Great service and a firm that genuinely cares.

Sean and team were very helpful with my vehicle purchase. Their customer service is excellent.

They also displayed a great willingness to resolve any issues very quickly.

Well I can't speak highly enough of Sean and the technicians at Harvey's car sales. I'm 52 year old and lost count of the amount of car dealers I've dealt with over the years. It was the most pleasureable and professional service I have ever received. I'd give them six stars if it was possible. Great stock of cars,great prices and the customer service goes above and beyond. They are non pushy and knowledgeable and there cars speak for themselves. No Arthur Daleys here!!! So if your looking for a second hand car at a great price with outstanding customer service then look no further than Harvey's Car sales. The Mrs loves her Ford B Max. So many thanks and keep up the good work. Will be returning there myself when my car needs replacing

I first met Paul at Harvey’s Car Centre in November 2014. I wanted to have a look at a Volvo C30 1.6 as I was interested in them. I was upfront with Paul and said I wasn’t looking to purchase, I’d just like to have a look at one.

Paul was polite and accommodating and suggested I have a drive of it anyway, which I did. And that was it. He was helpful and not once tried to pressure a sale. The following day I went back and bought the car. I was thrilled with it and received a friendly and professional service from Sean.

A few weeks later, I popped in for something and noticed a Volvo C30 D4 which I liked even more. Paul and Sean tried to discourage me from buying it as it didn’t make sense trading in the car I’d just bought from them. So, a test drive later I bought the D4 and traded in the 1.6. Again, no pressure from the guys at Harvey’s. Polite, professional and didn’t push for a sale at all.

The Volvo C30 D4 is probably the best car that I’ve owned. I was even more thrilled with this one and it came with the confidence of dealing with Harvey’s Car Centre.

In January 2019 my elderly parents stopped driving. I spoke with Kyle and Ciaran at Harvey’s and they arranged a hassle-free purchase of my parents’ car and gave me a fair price. Yes, I could’ve sold it for more privately but I was happy to deal again with Harvey’s Car Centre.

Anytime that I’m driving past with a friend or colleague, I’ll point out their showroom and recommend them. Anyone I know looking for a new car I point in the direction of Harvey’s.

In all my motoring years buying cars, I’ve never before come across any business like this one. The chaps are friendly, polite and professional. They never push a sale on you and are happy to help you. They have an excellent reputation and this is something that they’ve built over a number of years.

I’ve never reviewed any car dealer online before and I know that people are quick to criticise. Well, I just want people to know that they can have confidence in Harvey’s Car Centre. I’ve always found them to be brilliant.

The only downside I can find is that I keep an eye on their website and regularly find myself tempted with something else. Harvey’s is definitely the top of my list for when I next replace my car.

I am a genuine customer of this firm and, as I understand it, they have a number of people who are repeat customers such is the positive and friendly way that they do business.
