Bad quality and customer service
If anyone reads this before placing an order, that’s great—because that’s exactly the mistake I made: not checking reviews before buying.
Positive point:
The clothing designs are nice, and their marketing communication on Instagram is visually appealing and effective.
Negative points (and there are many):
No order tracking at all.
No response to emails.
No response to private messages on Instagram.
I had to leave comments directly under their Instagram posts just to get a reaction.
When you send them a polite and professional message, the only reply you get is a simple “hello”… and nothing else. A customer expects more than that. I had to follow up several times just to finally receive a vague response that didn’t really help. Of course, the usual excuse is: “we are just a small business.”
Sorry, but being a small business does not justify having no customer service. You can be small and still be professional.
As for the products: the quality of the t-shirts is very poor, and the fit is just as bad. The price does not match the quality at all.
Conclusion:
I do not recommend this website at all. You will get no follow-up, and if you ask for help, you clearly feel like you’re bothering them. Everything is based on nice Instagram marketing to generate orders, but behind that, there is neither customer service nor quality. It’s really disappointing.
