I do believe either you are going to lose your money or if you do receive the hat it will not be worth the money you are paying. I ordered two hats from them and got an email confirmation saying that handling would take 10-15 business days and then shipping would be another 10-20 business days. That is not mentioned in their advertisement.

Total Scam !!! Beware of this site !!! I ordered a hat 12-8-24 and the company refuses to refund my payment after the hat has been sent bact to the sender!!!

absolutely terrible in the picture looks like a very nice hat really good material it arrived and just trash feels so cheap and not the same as in the picture and what I received

No tracking information. The delivery date shows april 2022 and was ordered in 2024. Do not recommend

Do not order from this company. The hat I received was totally different than the one pictured on the web site. They use cheap material. Would never order from them again, Buyer be ware!

Ordered 5 hats from this company. They show you beautiful hats but what they send you are their version of these hats. Those hats are total j.ted them for a refund and asked for an address to mail to. The girl told me she would try and find the address and never got back to me. Please,Please do not order from this Company they will steal your money.

They DO NOT deserve, 1 star, period! This company is a straight up rip off. I normally do my due diligence but dropped the ball until it was too late to cancel order. Upon receipt of whatever that garbage was I received, I immediately, notified MyHatHaven via email, and notified PayPal. I filed complaint with PayPal and when MyHatHaven, finally responded after being contacted by PayPal, they offered a full refund per the return of product. To CHINA?!?!.... Hell NO! Then be out of MORE money. It is obvious they DO NOT operate in integrity nor ethically, and I am suppose to trust they will refund me my $101.19. NAHHHH, I'll pass. Just know God sees and knows.
So, unless, you have money to give away or donate to scammers, RUN!

I was under the impression they were an American Company. Now I regret buying from China because China companies are garbage most of the time.

This is by far the WORST company online i have dealt with. I ordered a nice Australian Outback hat and never received my merchandise. They absolutely are scammers and will take your money and never hear from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ASSHOLES. RUN, RUN RUN

I would have given it zero stars, but it wont allow me to. The hat I ordered arrived completely crushed. There is no wearing it at all. No fixing it because it is CHEAP material. They have only offered a 25% refund and to keep the hat. In reality, its terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a city slicker hat. The hat was the most cheapest of material. It looked as though it was made it a Chinese sweat shop. Poorest of quality. This company is a scam. No way to follow-up. Don't use this site ever!! At your own risk. Call the BBB.

Most horrible experience ever. Customer service is so smug and horrible. Product is just plain cheap and lacking. Don't even think about a refund. You have to pay shipping for the return to CHINA! OH, but they'll offer a 15% refund and 20% off your next order. Very dissatisfied. Would never recommend for any purchase. Thank God i paid with credit card and was able to dispute.

This company is a total scam!!! The pictures are a completely different product that you recieve. Total fraud. Company should be shut down ASAP. I asked for refund and they played a run around game for over 2 months - telling me to ship the item to CHINA from the states which would be 3 times more than the price of the item.

This company is the worst, I ordered the correct size hat they sent me a hor with a draw string to make it fit.

The hats arrived a month late and I had already gone on trip I needed them for. Only 3 of 4 hats arrived and I have yet or receive a refund. Hats are huge and were not packed well so arrive crushed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

The hat looks nothing like the one I ordered. And they do their best to not send a refund. Do not take any discounts, get all your money back. $56 was the price of the hat. $9.99 was the price of shipping it, which came up to around $65.99. They sent me $16.80 refund and 20% discount on next hat. There won't be a next hat.

Don't even order from these guys. I didn't even get remotely close to what I ordered. I thought they were an American company.

The hat I received came in a damaged box and was damaged, the quality was terrible!! I've emailed their support team and haven't received an answer in two weeks. They should be prosecuted for scamming customers.

Brim all bent out of shape and 1/2 inch to small, crown is only partially pinched, crown is really hard, ,size is to big, it is gray like I wanted. Hatband is totally wrong. To even his to look decent I will need to take my steam iron and reshape brim, the crown I can't fix, I will have to put weather stripping in hat band to make it fit. This is what I get for being foolish and not buying a top Quality hat. Do not buy from here. Upon close up look crown was crushed and then was pushed back , but still shows dent, felt on brim was bent with crease, hats doesn't come down upon head far enough, crown to small for head and size for going around head is to big.
