I had an amazing experience
I had an amazing experience dealing with Hats from Oz as the dress I was planning to wear to the races - arrived and was hideous and poorly made (never buying online again). I explained the situation and they went overboard to replace and refund within 3 days. Exceptional service. Have already been spreading the word to all by gf. Looking forward to buying my next fascinator form Hats from Oz.

Thanks for your feedback! Your order was placed late on Thursday, 25th September,. With Friday being a public holiday here in Melbourne, we posted it first thing Monday morning (next business day). Once it’s in Australia Post’s hands, delivery times can vary a bit, and unfortunately this delay was on their end. My hat arrived in rapid time. Which was surprising since it came from overseas. The hat was exactly like described and came perfect without any wrinkles or dents.

Wide range, fast delivery, good quality
I ordered my red fascinator from them for my Melbourne Cup outfit, and it arrived in just a couple of days, which made me really happy!
They’ve got so many different colours and styles to choose from, too. The quality is amazing, and the materials feel really natural, which is super important to me.

Great company to deal with.
After receiving my fascinator from hats from Oz, I realised it was too tall. After a lovely conversation with the company, that were happy to swap for another more suitable fascinator. I was really happy that they knew I was rushed to get me the product in time. Quality was excellent. I would recommend.

This online shop has the widest selection of hats and fascinators I've seen so far! I ordered with them twice, and I'm sure I'll order more, because there is simply no reason to look for some other place. Totally satisfied!
