I made an engagement ring with Hatton garden jeweller. I just picked it up. When coming up with the design and consultation, Laz was so understanding. His depth of knowledge, patience and transparency is second to none. As for the ring, the craftsmanship and artistry is exactly what I was looking for. They helped my concept come to reality. HGJ have been outstanding from start to finish, and the care they showed made a very personal experience feel completely effortless. I first went to HGJ with my daughter after they had been recommended to her. I had two rings that had belonged to my mother, and I wanted them remade because the original settings were not quite right. HGJ transformed them beautifully in platinum, creating pieces that feel both meaningful and timeless.
My daughter also wanted a ring made using a stone that had belonged to her grandmother, and Vincent made the whole occasion easy, reassuring, and memorable. Nothing felt rushed or complicated; instead, we felt listened to and genuinely looked after.
Recently one of the rings I had made lost a diamond. Laz organised for the ring to be looked at and after seeing there was no damage offered to replace the diamond and repair the ring free of charge.

I came to Laz and his team at Hatton Garden Jewellers, after having looked at six or seven different stores within the Hatton Gardens area, to find the perfect gemstone and team to produce my engagement ring and accompanying wedding band. Let me tell you I did my research beforehand, and not only did Laz have the perfect stone for me, his team and on-site workshop were able to provide the best service in terms of producing the ring as well as the aftercare guaranteed. He is incredibly approachable and honest, being straight to the point and I've had a great experience along the whole journey to produce the perfect engagement ring which my partner loves.

I had a great experience buying an engagement ring from Laz and the team at Hatton Garden Jeweller. Laz was very helpful in walking me through the decision making process about buying a ring and took the time to explain various aspects. I liked the fact that the team makes the rings in house (you can see the workshop), the shop feels like an authentic London independent jeweller and were very transparent and reasonable with their pricing. Most importantly, the ring was crafted to a very high quality and I was very happy. Ultimately, I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a jeweller in Hatton Garden and happily buy from them again!

The process from start to finish was efficient and the service was organic and not pushy like some retailers on Hatton Garden. The turn around was circa two weeks for a handmade ring and this is certainly a place you can trust. Will certainly be spreading the word and will be going back in the future!

I first came here to get my engagement ring resized and have since been back to commission our wedding bands, and some other jewellery advice. The appointment only format means that the time and consultation you receive is really personal and not at all rushed. The service is professional and extremely friendly with really clear communication and flexibility. Our wedding bands were beautifully made, and they even polished up my engagement ring again at the same time to keep it looking perfect. I won't be going anywhere else going forward!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish.

From the initial consultation, everything was incredibly well organised and thoughtful. I had quite a specific idea for a bespoke ring, and they had all of the gemstones I had requested laid out in exactly the right order when I arrived. They talked me through the different stone options, settings, mouldings, design details, timescales and costs, and I always felt that I understood exactly what was being proposed.

They kept me updated throughout the making process, let me know when my rings were ready to collect, and then spent plenty of time with me at collection talking through how to care for them.

The finished rings are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. They also polished my existing ring so that the whole set looks brand new.

The aftercare is fantastic too — they offer cleaning, and if any of the stones ever break, they will repair them.

The whole experience was genuinely faultless: incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and professional from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for bespoke jewellery and would absolutely use them again.

Not all that glitters is gold .. especially in Hatton Garden, but Laz at Hatton Garden Jeweller surely is. After engaging a number of jewellers Laz and team easily stood out, taking time to understand what I was looking for (Necklace, Tennis bracelet and Earrings) for our 25th wedding anniversary and not only gave me frank assessment of what I wanted, but how to get there ... commercial v bespoke, natural v lab, machine made v handmade etc. Yes it's detail but for that special item its the detail that counts. I (or at least my wife :-)) now has the perfect combination as evidenced by her ear to ear grin when she wears them. But also I have the confidence I made the right choices, not always the most expensive, but certainly the best value for money.

All of this ablely guided by Laz. Very highly recommended for a frank, no-nonsense point of view and an openness to help you get to the best outcome and value for money.

Laz broke everything down in great detail and helped my find the perfect ring. He selected and sourced the stone, and the shop makes the bands bespoke. Very happy with final product.
