The people that I worked with were very helpful. I received constant feedback. The editors stayed within the storyline. My book turned out how I wanted it.
The only thing I would recommend is to be more understanding for new authors. We don't sart off with a bunch of money to spend.

Do not use this vanity press. I paid them $400 to produce my short children's book. they tried to sell me a $4000 and $8000 marketing package. Now they want to charge $36 per author's copy. After they got the $400 it has been a hard sell all the way.
