I've had Havenwise for several months and started using it in the hope that it would simplify my heatpump control and reduce to focus I needed to manage the system on a daily basis. Previously I'd been making regular changes to when the system ran to take advantage of Agile / Cosy pricing. Id also struggled to find the right settings (experimenting with weather compensation and fixed flow). Since starting to use Havenwise temperature fluctuations have been less, I've seen a slight increase in efficiency and as importantly things just work in the background with less effort and attention on my part.

Support is on hand when I need it and to date the response has been quick and helpful

I used HavenWise over the winter period to manage my 5kw Samsung heat pump. I have underfloor heating, and a very efficient house and found that running without HavenWise my pump would short cycle. HavenWise solved my short cycling issue and kept my house at a constant temperature without me having to fiddle about with any settings.

I’m loving having Havenwise on my heat pump, not only does it manage the Octopus Agile Tariff for me it is so easy to use, better than the manufacturer controls. I can sit back and not have to think about my heating at all, even when we need a hot water boost after a rugby training session, easy, literally the press of a button on my phone. The team were awesome when I (stupidly) changed broadband providers and had to reconnect it all…on a Sunday afternoon! I also like having an idea of how much the heat pump is using daily, it’s reassuringly low and means you don’t worry about ‘is my system running efficiently’. Quite simply, I love it.

I find that Havenwise makes way better decisions than the standard controls from my heat pump. Which means we are always comfortable in the house when we need to be. No complaints throughout this winter, highly recommended.

What a great app that has saved me loads of cash and given me a very comfortable home. The support from Havenwise is second to none. They reply to emails within a day, and the responses are spot on if you have any issues. I have a valiant heat pump, and it took me 5 minutes to set everything up.

We've been using Havenwise to make managing our Daikin Air Source Heat Pump and Hot Water Tank easy.

The controls to heat pumps are typically impenetrable, but Daikin makes it as simple as telling it how warm you want your house and hot water, on what schedule, and Havenwise then works out the most efficient time to program your heat pump. It also takes into account weather, on a day to day basis, as well as cheap time of use energy tariff's such as our Octopus Energy Go setup.

The team at Havenwise have been really helpful and supportive to us as we onboarded with their service. The app is easy to use, setup is simple, and it all just works. Thanks, Havenwise!
