The field jacket in chocolate suede came last week. At first, I was a bit skeptical at having something made without a tailor in the room taking my measurements. But Ahmed, the representative that went the distance throughout the entire process, assured me all would be fine.
I'm writing to tell you it was far better than fine, it 's absolutely perfect.
Ahmed sent diagrams of the measurements he needed, and I sent them back to him, and the work began.
This is no " off the rack" piece of clothing. It's a handmade work of art made just for you.
The material, the fit, and the service is top shelf, and I can honestly recommend Hawk & Bull for their fine work, and Ahmed, for his care and professionalism start to finish.
I know that you'll be as pleased with yours as I am with mine.

Excellent service. Love that the jacket was made to measure and fit perfectly. Beautiful soft leather and colour is gorgeous.

The coat is very beautiful and made really to my body with exceptional materials. I would rate this 4.8 if I could, but I can’t so I’ll give them a five. It was a little bit of a delay towards the end of the manufacturing process otherwise all good.

Over all the fit was ok but the sleeves was tight n getting in n out for me was a challenge. This was my 2nd purchase the 1st piece was a bit too loose. If not i would have given a 5 star .

I had an awesome experience with this company. I needed a linen suit for my brothers wedding in a short timeframe. I sent them my measurements and they made me a custom size suit and had it to me in Alaska in around 2 weeks which seemed really fast. They responded in a timely manner and kept me updated about the status of my suit. I loved the way the suit fit and the price was very reasonable for how nice the quality feels. I would absolutely order more pieces from this company.

The jacket arrived in good time and was well presented. However we were under the assumption that the jacket would be made in the UK. It was in fact made in Pakistan and the free delivery was a problem once it reached England. We were contacted to pay customs clearance and delivery. Felt very scam like. Would not order again. The jacket itself we were pleased with but not the overall experience.

Disappointed. A scam. The coat was really thin and low quality. You get a cheap low quality coat for such an expensive price. The moment I received it I knew I was scammed because it was a lot lighter than my other coats. They also make you think it was made in the UK when it’s actually made in a cheap factory in Pakistan where all the other quick and cheap fashions like Primark are probably produced. Do not buy this scam.

I was very happy to finally receive my purchase from Hawk & Bull. I was pleasantly surprised at how well packaged and beautifully presented it was. The jacket was well made and of excellent quality. I’m really happy with my purchase.

I had initially misunderstood that although I had ordered a standard size, my order was being made from scratch. This increased the time I had to wait to receive my purchase. The timeframe indicated on the website is a little bit misleading. I purchased my order on the 19th of January and received it on the 10th of February.

That said, Ahmed in customer care was very courteous and kept me up to date with the process. I was dreading a situation where I might have to return the jacket after waiting so long, however, I was very pleased with the purchase and would happily use Hawk & Bull again knowing what to expect next time.

The initially quoted delivery time wasn't met but my emails were replied to and the newly quoted delivery time was met. When I received my coat it met all my expectations- the packaging, fabric/material, cut and overall finish are all of high quality and, most importantly, the coat fits me. So, overall I'm very happy with my purchase, and will keep Hawk & Bull on my watch list.

I ordered an overcoat from this company. They were careful to double-check my measurements so that the garment was not just "off the peg" but effectively made to measure. Communication from Ahmed in customer services was excellent and the coat was of very good quality and an excellent fit.

First rate product, high quality firm. Ordered a jacket and received it a few weeks later. High quality and as expected and tailored to my size. I was kept aware of each stage of the process with good feedback along the way. Their products are made overseas, in Pakistan which is fine, because they keep costs in check. Will definitely use them again.

Poor experience. Ordered a standard size jacket and was asked when the jacket was required. Told them the day. Was then asked for all my measurements. Told them again it was a standard size. Never told at any point that they could not meet the time frame (20 days).
Have chased but to no avail.

Easy to order
Any questions I had on sizes/measurements were answered quickly and very helpfully.
I was kept informed at all timesof progress in producing the jacket and on the delivery passage.
Delighted with the quality
Once again a very happy customer.

The quality-
The coat is very good, the sleeves were slightly too long, however the material, the lining the fit, without me providing the measurements was/is excellent.

Delivery-
Package was delivered as promised by courier, it was boxed and wrapped and weatherproofed as good a quality as I could have asked for.
Very well done.

Customer service-
Was ok, i firstly had to check spam folder for correspondence, H&B should be aware.
I had heard nothing after a few days, I emailed and Ahmed replied that I would be notified of shipping, when the coat was ready.
I received the shipping details an hour after the coat arrived.

Summary-
I would 100% and will buy from H&B again, but I know would have to ask customer service more than once for follow up information.

The jacket I ordered is great quality and fits really well, I am very pleased with my purchase. After the initial payment didn’t go through, Ahmed was extremely helpful and understanding, I still received the product and was able to pay at my convenience. The customer service I received was amazing.

ordered 2 jackets as wanted to see which would fit my husband best, received an email in my junk folder from 'Ahmed' asking for tailoring measurements and a line that said refunds wouldn't be given if there was a size related issue. Cancelled both jackets as it seemed very confusing and not legitimate at all. They deducted a payment fee of £28 which wasn't listed on the website or as part of the refund policy. Asked them to confirm in writing why they were deducting it as I was planning on escalating to my card issuer, I got a 'goodwill refund' straight away - not very trustworthy
