what a terrible company. They utilize a subscription service which is a little unorthodox for a pest control company but I decided to give it a shot. I have several properties I used them for in St. Louis and Houston. I would NEVER use this company again. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone when you need them and their services are just so poor and useless. For example, they send a tech to your house without giving you any kind of notice. They over-schedule their techs to 12-20 appointments a day so forget about any sort of quality, it's all quantity to them so they do less than the bare minimum. Then when you realize you've made a mistake by doing business with them, they charge you crazy fees to cancel, so you have to wait one full year. Here's the craziest part - they discontinued their bug spray services... did you get that? I'll say it again because I know how ridiculous that seems. THEY STOPPED DOING BUG SPRAY SERVICE. A pest control company that doesn't spray... make it make sense. Instead, the tech puts some powder under sinks and tries to tell you that this is somehow effective. The tech didn't even look like he believed the nonsense he was telling me. I just canceled the last of my services with Hawx and I will never use this company again. WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY!
