Hayati is a Palestinian za'atar (zaatar) brand built around a single product: Green Za'atar. The mission is simple—to make za'atar as familiar in American kitchens as pesto or salsa. It's one tin, done right. Real thyme from Jenin, Palestine, real sumac, toasted sesame, olive oil, and Dead Sea salt. It's bright and fresh, green and fragrant, not the dusty, faded powder most za'atar has become. The average zaatar is cut with wheat to save money, with citric acid faking the tang and cheap oil holding it together. Hayati doesn't cut those corners. Nothing fake, nothing filler. Customers regularly say it's the best za'atar they've ever had. It's best with warm bread and olive oil, and it earns a permanent place on the counter from there: eggs, vegetables, roasted potatoes, hummus, popcorn, whatever you reach for. Absolutely love the za'atar
Absolutely love the za'atar. Flavor is incredible. I like using it on different breads and as a topping with veggies. I also make a homemade salad dressing this is perfect in. Adore the card, stickers and the tin the za'atar comes in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful culture with the world. Today, tomorrow, and always: Free Palestine.

Hayati changed how I think about food
I found Hayati through social media and was hooked before I even ordered. The way the founder talks about zaatar and its roots in Arab food culture completely shifted how I think about ingredients I thought I already knew. When the product arrived, the quality matched the story behind it. It's now a permanent fixture in my kitchen, and I've recommended it to everyone I cook for.

Obsessed with this za'atar! Hayati Goods makes the best za'atar hands down. Super fresh, authentic flavor, and goes on absolutely everything. The packaging is gorgeous too. Will definitely buy again!
