Do not buy from this company!!!. This store is all drop shipping from China. I reached out as I never received my other and the company said they delivered. Turns out Item was left outside someone's letter box and when i reached out to them again, they asked me to contact everyone in my blocks of flats to look for it. That's 34x 3 buildings. I'm so angry as i got these for work. I'll be forwarding the so called evidence to my bank. Avoid if you can.

Be aware that they appear to be a UK company but after you have paid you can then see they are coming from China. They then sent the wrong size for the 2 pairs of shoes I purchased and although they said I could return them I was responsible for the return postage. This would be exceedingly expensive to securly track a large parcel of 2 pairs of shoes to China. I continued asking them to pay but they refused but offered a 20% refund and I could keep the 2 pairs of shoes that were of no use to me as they were completly the wrong size

If I could leave zero stars I would - very slow delivery, poor quality item and they will only accept a return if you post internationally to China! Avoid this company!

The products from this site are substandard and very poor quality. I ordered 2 pairs of Flowflex compression socks and they are nothing more than cheap nylon knee length socks worth a tenth of the price.
The site purports to be based in London however this is a front for a Chinese site that has nothing to do with London. You can forget any rights of return too as it costs a fortune!
Do not purchase from this site.

I purchased a bag from here a few weeks ago. It was £32, but in the sale from £52. The pictures were exactly what I was looking for, and judging by the price, I expected a good quality product. What I received was far from that.

Firstly, Haybly London implies that you're dealing with a UK company, right? No. Your items are shipped directly from China. You're also expected to send any items that aren't suitable back here at your own cost, but we'll get back to that later. Anyway, when saw my parcel, I knew I'd been had. Flat, and roughly A4 in size, I knew what was inside wasn't going to be good. It really wasn't. The cheapest piece of sh#t. Something you'd expect from Temu....and on doing a visual search on Temu using the website picture, there it was!!! For the bargain price of £1.73. Absolutely SHOCKING.

I emailed explaining how unbelievably crap this item is and was told "since your order was shipped from our facility in China, international return shipping can be quite expensive. To make things easier and faster for you, we can instead offer you a 20% partial refund, and you get to keep the item" Wow, lucky me!

This went on for days, were the discount got more and more, or I still had the option to pay about £20+ to send it back for a full refund. I threatened them with a chargback from my bank, and that I was willing to report the business, as I couldn't believe that what they are doing is in line with UK trading standards. They then issued a full refund.

There is no way on earth they have any happy customers with the crap they sell at premium prices. They run on the fact that sending the items back costs so much, that people accept the discount offered, and they're still making a massive profit off the back of it.

I will be reporting this company to trading standards for investigation, and I fully recommend that anyone finding themselves here does the same.

Absolutely shocking.

Do not buy from this company, it’s based in China so your inevitable return will need to be sent back there. The shoes are very plasticky and not of good quality, like us you’ll be offered a discount to keep them. In the end I asked for a 50% discount to keep the awful things and did receive a refund of that amount. Not great only getting 50% back but we were happy to receive anything. The shoes are going to be donated in case anyone actually wants them.

I bought a knee brace from this company, I thought I was buying from a UK company, when it arrived it was not suitable, so I wanted to return it as part of their advertisement policy. They first offered me a 25% discount and then a 40% discount and said I could donate it to charity. I demanded a refund, and they have told me I have to send it back to China, the cost of shipping the less than 1kg parcel is £40, the product cost £54.99, this is wrong in everyway, if China wants to deal with customers directly in the UK, they need to provide a UK based returns facility, or be honest and say any returns will be to China at the customers costs

They took ages to arrive and the quality is rubbish! Very very disappointed.

My order took 11 days and came from China. I am a standard size "7" and a "wide fit". The sizing of one pair was way to big - it was also the widest pair I have ever seen. In contrast, my second "wide fit" pair was tight. Their "Companies House" listing is worth a look - they were incorporated on 16 July 2025.

Absolute rubbish sandals. Obviously Chinese knock off. Have nothing to do with this company. It is a scam. The sandals are cheap and nasty.

Sizing totally wrong if there is any leather in these sandals I can not find it, the most badly made shoes I have seen do not buy at any price . Can not send back to China and until they receive them no refund instead get 20% back so I lost £20 . Avoid this company like the plague!!

I'm 85 and short on cash. I wanted to buy a pair of sandals. I found a pair of orthopedic sandals on line. I was delighted that they were leather and costing £24.99. I ordered them. They eventually arrived and I considered them of poor design and quality. I immediately contacted the company and asked how I could return them and claim a refund. I was told they would give me a refund of 10%! I replied this was unacceptable. They then offered me 20%. I went to the post office and learnt it would cost £20 or £24 for them to acknowledge receipt. This, in my opinion, is disgraceful business practice.

Ordered a pair of Sandals about 3 weeks ago. On receipt of item found them to be cheap and ill fitting, Total tat. At a price of £23, half price allegedly.
On asking about returning them was given 2 options either take a 20% discount and keep them, even though they are rubbish or send them back to China at my expense. Totally ridiculous request. Is it even legal. ?
Avoid this company at all cost.

Ordered light orthopaedic , natural leather shoes , price £24,99( was£ 67,33).And what did they send? Dogshit! Dermantin! Cheap shoes for nothing! Long terms of delivery! I found their advertisements when was looking Clark’s page. How they penetrate there? I did not pay attention that it is not Clark took my money. Scammers!

This company lies, their website says they're in the UK and delivery is 3 working days. I actually bothered to check because I didnt want anything from China, but yes you've guessed it it is from China and I'm still waiting for an item ordered 10 days ago.
