Extremely poor experience with no alternative but to seek legal advice and escalate to the property ombudsman; worst still is this agency has no regard for the unnecessary personal stress caused
We regularly get Haybrooks spam through our door re getting the house valued. We have contacted once via email, to which we received no response in 2023. We recently arranged a valuation for 29/2/24 with the Haybrooks office via phone, prepared the house and waited in and no one from the office showed up. If the communication is this bad at this stage I have no idea how they have any business beyond this. We have just received further Haybrooks spam re getting the house valued ironically today (13/3/24).
