Kieran and his team have worked on several mortgages for me over the last decade for my property portfolio and they have been nothing short of brilliant each time. I have had traditional mortgages as well as specialist mortgages. They always find the best products and make the whole process go smoothly. I won't use anyone else.

My mortgage application was not straight forward as I did not fit the traditional applicant. Ed worked with me to find the product that best suited my needs and after overcoming a few hurdles managed to get the mortgage approved. Kieran and the team dealt with a re-mortgage of my current address. There were difficulties in the fact that the street and house were re-named causing all sorts of issues with land registry and the prior mortgage company. It took a lot of persistent tracking of documents and solicitors but the Hayes team drove it home.
