Bad parts Customer service? No way could they understand that the diagram for my Hayter model was wrong, even after i explained to them i stripped my Haytor down and shiuld know. My model Haytor spirit 615E is actually 615J on the diagram

Our Hayter is old, but was the pride and joy of a now deceased family member. We chose to have it fully refurbished in his memory by the local Hayter agent. It performed perfectly last season, but was not stored correctly over winter, requiring replacement of a missing part this year. Hayter was able to supply the part, despite the fact that it was manufactured 35 years ago.

Needed an Impeller for my Toro 500 series- easy to order, good value for money, arrived quickly, well packaged to avoid any damage.
Fitted on day of arrival, Toro now hoovering around the lawn as it should.

I needed a part for a mower unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. I contacted the company and within minutes I had a link to the correct part and once ordered I had a confirmation email saying that it had been shipped. Genuine Hayter lawnmower parts delivered promptly and packaged adequately. Detailed website makes ordering the correct parts straightforward once you have identified your model and year. Tracking could be slicker - no Royal Mail tracking ID is advised so tracking is “clunky” and delivery day has to be guesstimated.

Easy navigation on website to find you exactly machine. Parts diagrams are spot on and fast delivery.
Could do with better tracking and notifications. Overall great company to order from
