I recently experienced outstanding customer service from Hazelmere Windows. From the moment I reached out, the staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Every inquiry was handled promptly and professionally, with clear communication throughout the process. Sean the sales rep was a joy to deal with, not pushy and no gimmicks to try and get me to sign on the day.
What truly impressed me was their willingness to go above and beyond, ensuring all of my questions were answered and my concerns resolved. The whole team demonstrated excellent knowledge of their products and services, and their friendly manner made the entire interaction pleasant and reassuring. A special mention to the fitters, Joe and Scott who were friendly and professional, they did a great job and even adjusted the hinges on my door, many thanks guys :)
It’s rare to find customer service that combines efficiency with such a personal touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

The two fitters were pleasant and very professional. The French windows are excellent and we would definitely use Hazlemere again.

Amazing experience from day one. Evey single team involved in the project worked with incredible dedication and professionalism. We built an extension and the final result was exactly what we had requested and were quoted for. There were no unexpected expenses or addins. I highly recommend Hazlemere. Scot was our PM and he was great. Faheem was our sales rep and was also super professional, kind and made sure we were fully supported throughout the project.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Hazelmere Window Co. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

The sales team were knowledgeable and never pushy, clearly explaining the different options available and helping me choose what was right for my home. Communication was excellent throughout—I was kept updated at every stage, and everything was completed exactly within the promised timeframe.

On installation day, the fitters arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless. The quality of the double glazing is outstanding—my home feels warmer, quieter, and more secure already. The attention to detail in the finish was superb, and it’s clear they take real pride in their work.

It’s rare to find a company that combines top-notch products with genuinely caring customer service, but Hazelmere Window Co. delivers on both fronts. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality double glazing.

Hazlemere supplied and installed aluminium frame windows and French doors for our home renovation project last year. The entire process from initial showroom visit, through negotiation, survey, installation and punch list closure was excellent. We received fantastic service in the showroom helping to inform our design choices without any high pressure sales tactics. The delivery schedule was critical to our renovation project and Hazlemere kept their promise on both survey and installation date. Even a change to the dimensions of one of the window openings was accommodated a few weeks post-survey without any hassle or extra costs which was greatly appreciated. The installation team were meticulous with their work and did an excellent job with making good around internal window reveals and minor touch ups to the painted frames. One year on and we have had no issues with the windows. We are very satisfied and would recommend Hazlemere to anybody in search of high quality windows and installation. Thank you!

The team at Hazlemere Windows were very good. They kept me informed throughout the process, turned up on time, did a great installation of the front door, tidied up after themselves and dealt with the paint touch up quickly. Not necessarily the cheapest but you pay for quality. Very happy with my front door & the service from the team.

They appear to have a done a good job without rushing it and paying lots of attention to detail. Also the guys were personable and easy to communicate with.

Bob was also very professional getting back to us quickly at the start with a quote. I would highly recommend Hazlemere to friends and family.

The doors look amazing perfectly installed

Our (front entrance) door installer (Dan) arrived very promptly, carrying out the work quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard, cleaning up thoroughly on completion.
The finished job fully met our expectations without a single snag.

I would recommend Hazlemere overall and we have used them twice now for our front door and windows. We had several problems with complex nature of our bay windows replacement, and also required some remedial work due to mistakes during fitting. The team at Hazlemere were responsive and worked hard to complete our job properly and we are very pleased with the results.
