First class from start to finish!
Excellent communication, end product was just I had hoped and the helpfulness from Rob was faultless. Couldn't have asked for more and would definitely recommend this company and their products.

Appalling customer service

Embroidered goods ordered on 8th July as a birthday present. Chased constantly as did not come. Finally were told that the person who does the embroidery had been off sick and had decided not to return to the job.
After more back and forth we were asked to give our bank details for a refund. More back and forth and refund was finally done on 7th October - 3 months after the first order. Were informed 3 times that we had provided the wrong bank details which we hadn't. They mixed that detail up with someone with the same surname but a different Christian name.
We were on the point of taking legal action.
Would never use again.

Ordered a bag for my Captains year

Ordered a bag for my Captains year. Sent the design over and was communicated with at every step of the design, proofing and delivery.

I’m really happy with the finished product and would happily recommend and use again.

Awful service

Awful service. Products arrived misspelled despite the proof being correct. Have tried to contact for a refund, which they are now ignoring. It took months of chasing to get the products in the first place which in fairness, should have been a red flag.

Avoid and use someone else.

New Taylormade Golf Bag

I have just received my new Taylormade Golf Bag fully embroidered with club name and monogram and I have to give credit where it is due...This is a fantastic piece of kit and the quality and skills used in processing my request is second to none...Thank you Mark and Rob for your amazing skills in producing my golf bag to the absolute highest quality...I would recommend Hazzad Golf to anyone and I look forward to passing on all my experience with them to all my friends and colleagues...Well done to All at Hazzad Golf..

SHOCKING SERVICE!!

first sent my enquiry through on the 15th of march, and Mark was quick to email back and forth discussing my designs, I accepted my quote on the 18th of march and was told on the 20th that that it would take a week for the artwork team to digitize my design. I then heard nothing so chased this up on the 27th, I got no response so emailed again on 02/04 and eventually got a response and confirmed I was happy with the design on 03/04. I received the headcovers on the 09/04 and wasnt happy with the quality of the embroidery as the lettering was different sizing, some of the letters looked unfinished and part of my logo was unrecognizable, mark said that due to the design of my logo and advised due to the size of one of my logos this couldn't be improved as embroider cannot produce small detail, at no point in the design process was this mentioned and Id like to add that since this I have sent my golf clothes off to another company to be embroidered and my logos look fantastic and there have been no issues with my logo. Mark offered to re do the headcover in print instead of embroidery which I accepted on the 09/04, I chased Mark up on 11/04, 13/04 and got no response as to what was happening with my new headcover. I then called in and spoke to soemone called rob who had no idea of the situation and told me that my order is showing as completed and wasnt aware there were any issues, he said he will chase this up with mark and get back to me, a week goes by and still no response, I called again and was told they are short staffed and mark is busy so he will chase it up again and get back to me. I then get an email from Michelle on the 25th of april apologizing for the delay and blamed it on not having the right people in the business, she then asked if I can send my logos in a different formant as they are unable to use the ones they currently have so I sent those off on the 27th, again got no response so chased this up on the 30th and finally got the design back which wasnt what id asked for so she had to go away and get this re done and said she would do it that day but again I heard nothing so chased this up again on the 01/05, got an email back on 02/05 with the new design which I approved and she said she would get it posted out that day 02/05 , she then emailed back saying it cant be posted until 07/05 as her machinest isnt in until then, I emailed on the 07/05 to check it had been posted and was told the print machine was now broken and there not sure when it will be fixed, I emailed back again on the 10th and was told the engineer was coming that day, asked for another update on the 13th and was responded to on the 14th saying it was finally being dispatched and I finally received it on the 20/05.

overall a shocking experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone, the level of customer service is appalling, having to constantly chase them with multiple emails to even get a response.

Great Job Done

Needed shirts for a golf society in bit of a rush. Rob & Mark were extremely helpful and got it all done a week early. The logo was intricate and they did a great job with it. Quality of the Callaway shirts is great and everyone is very happy.

Ignored and disappointed

I approached Hazzad for a quote on 9 flags with a sponsor's company logo on each. I was given a quote by Mark and I advised them I was happy to place the order. Communication was great until this point. When the invoice came through for the order, it was 3 times as much as I was originally quoted. I queried this with Mark and it turned out I was incorrectly advised. However he did agree to honour the original quote. Communication began to slow down. I received a couple of excuses for delays - illness, replacing equipment etc. It has now been 2 weeks since I last heard from Mark, I have been emailing and messaging another member of the company called Stuart via Facebook. It's fair to say that they are both ignoring me in the hope I will go away. Surprising for a small company that seems to care about reviews based on what I read on this website. My advice to anyone looking for golf supplies would be to avoid Hazzad and go with a more professional company.

Disappointing but Recovering Well

Year 1 couldn’t have gone better - great service. Year 2 (albeit Covid affected) was terrible. Eventually solved by a colleague overnight shipping goods to our event which arrived too late at my workplace. As a thank you, asked Mark to send personalised golf towel to employee. Said he would. Didn’t do it. Reminded him. Didn’t do it.
Things go wrong in business it is how you respond to it that shows the true depth.
Extremely disappointing.
Unfortunately Mark's response got stuck in my junk mail.
Once I discovered this, I contacted Hazzad and Michelle (Production Manager) took care of this for me and very quickly.
I will use Hazzad in Year 3 and hopefully last year was a one-off.

Sorry that you had the service that you did, clearly on this occassion it wasn't good enough, and we apologise for that. Clearly the other reviews show we are doing something right. If we can solve this problem (as we agreed to do), would you please revise your review. Small independent businesses with a few employees like us are finding it incredibly difficult to survive in the current covid pandemic. Reviews like yours really can kill our business. This is our first time of using Hazzad…

This is our first time of using Hazzad Golf, we purchased personalised golf polos, pencils, golf towels and golf head covers.
The service from Mark Cook was exemplary and the products we bought were excellent, we look highly recommend 10/10.
