Something To Consider Before Ordering

Ordered two chairs from the company. One of them arrived broken, and I am now being told it's going to take 2 months for them to provide a new part; alternatively, I can take a returned chair, pull the part I need, and then keep everything else. New replacement parts should be readily available.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and sorry the two options our team shared with you didn't feel like a real fix — we understand why waiting 2 months, or having to take a part off a returned chair, isn't what you'd expect after ordering new furniture.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. The first chair came, which cost $500, and the box was ripped apart and there were parts missing. Took over a week to get a return shipping label from customer service. Next chair took another week plus to get here and the box was ripped apart again. Nothing good to say whatsoever so far. This chair costs way too much for such poor service.

E3 Air Ergonomic - Great, could be even better

E3 Air Ergonomic. Simplified Review - Great chair, has helped my back and neck pain. Well made, could use some minor tweaks to make it a perfect chair.
The shipping was the biggest hassle. There was an expected delivery date shown, but it was pushed back 3 times and the delivery date was never updated. They did compensate me for the wait which was great. The chair itself has been great so far.
Negatives - I do wish the arm rest would go lower to accommodate different desks, and the seat itself would go lower because sometimes I feel like the circulation gets cut off to my legs if they're not at a 90 degree angle. The lumbar support is nice, but I wish it had a manual lock so that there was more pressure on the lower back. I also find the lumbar support will push up my shirt so I'm having to pull my shirt back down constantly.
Positives - Love the recline and the leg rest. The forward/backward adjustable seat slide is nice. Love the headrest. Love the side flap adjustments on the lumbar support.
Great chair overall.

I absolutely love my HBADA E3 Pro…

I absolutely love my HBADA E3 Pro chair! The delivery was fast, accurate, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

The quality is outstanding, and you can immediately tell it's built to last. This is by far the best ergonomic chair I've ever used. I spend long hours at my desk working on my laptop and monitor, so having the right support is essential. I also deal with back and neck discomfort, and this chair has made a huge difference. The back and neck support are excellent, and I feel much more comfortable throughout the day.

It has made my work setup so much more enjoyable, and I genuinely look forward to sitting at my desk now. For anyone who spends hours working or studying, I highly recommend the HBADA E3 Pro. It is absolutely worth the investment!

Pessimo servizio di garanzia – Sedia difettosa e supporto inutile

Ho acquistato una sedia Hbada P3 Pro su Amazon, ma dopo appena due mesi il pistone a gas ha ceduto completamente, perdendo olio e rendendo la sedia inutilizzabile (affonda da sola).

Essendo in garanzia per 3 anni, ho contattato l'assistenza spiegando che uso la sedia quotidianamente per lavorare a tempo pieno e che la situazione mi sta causando gravi disagi professionali. Nonostante mi avessero promesso una spedizione rapida del pezzo di ricambio, a oggi non hanno ancora fornito alcun codice di tracciamento e pretendono che io aspetti dai 3 ai 10 giorni lavorativi solo per ricevere un componente, costringendomi a rimanere senza sedia per settimane.

Gestione del cliente imbarazzante e totale mancanza di professionalità per un difetto di fabbrica evidente. Se non risolvono immediatamente con un rimborso o una spedizione davvero espressa, procederò per vie legali e tramite il supporto Amazon. Statene alla larga.

5 star review is issue is remedied

Love the chair, but it came with 2 left handed arms. How can we remedy this? I'd give a 5 star if we get this fixed.

Invest elsewhere
