I enjoyed my BSL, Moving and Handling, Conflict resolution and Fire safety training. The trainer was proffesional and approachable. Both practical and theory aspects were helpful and good refresher.

The theory training was brilliant and veru helpful, easy to understand and straightforward.
The practical training was also very informative and quite involving , giving us the confidence needed to deal with the situation if it happened in a real seeting and the instructor , Scott, was clear and made sure we understood and no one was left behind. Thumbs up to him.
