Katia Lake and her team dealt with our case for our house move and has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was professional, prompt and a great communicator throughout the process and it really put us at ease knowing that our case was being actively taken care of. Very helpful, even though Joanne only had the opportunity of working on my behalf for a short period. For the record the account was in connection with a late cousin. As is right and proper, a search was carried out to see if a will had been made by the deceased. In the event another solicitor advised that the cousin in question had indeed made a will (with them) and duly took the contract from HCB. Rather regrettable but these things happen.

Christine, Louise & Wendy were so helpful and made the buying/selling process so straightforward for us. Every detail was explained clearly and the whole thing was swiftly dealt with. Would highly recommend HCB Solicitors and will be using them again in the future if the need arises.
