Ordered a custom set of grillz and the whole process was smooth. The mould kit was easy to use and they kept me updated while they were being made. When they arrived the fit was perfect no wobble and comfortable to wear.

The shine looks clean and not cheap, and I’ve had a lot of compliments wearing them out. Came in a proper case too. Overall feels like a real custom piece, definitely worth it.

I’ll be honest I was really on the fence before ordering from HC Grillz. The price made me hesitate, and after looking around online and seeing cheaper options everywhere, I genuinely wondered if I was crazy for even considering it. I also hadn’t bought custom grills before, so I was worried about fit, quality, and whether the final product would actually look like the photos.

I went back and forth for days.

What ultimately pushed me to order was how professional and transparent the team was when I reached out with questions. They didn’t rush me, didn’t pressure me, and actually explained the process clearly from impressions, to design, to production timelines. That helped a lot.

The wait was nerve racking, not gonna lie. When you spend this much on something custom, you start overthinking everything. But I was kept updated along the way, and when the grills finally arrived… I genuinely stopped worrying instantly.

The quality is unreal.

The fit is perfect, the finish is clean, and they look even better in person than they did online. You can tell these aren’t mass produced pieces there’s real craftsmanship behind them. When I put them on for the first time, I honestly just stood there smiling like an idiot.

I’ve already had multiple people ask me where I got them.

Looking back, I’m actually glad I didn’t go with a cheaper option. This feels like something I’ll keep for years, not something I’d regret or want to replace. HC Grillz delivered exactly what they promised, and that peace of mind alone was worth it.

If you’re hesitant because of the price or the process, I get it I was too. But if you care about quality, fit, and actually getting something that feels special, these guys are the real deal.

I want a full refund. My grills arrived late, and my order was incomplete—one grill is missing, and I have no idea where it is.

This process almost took 2.5 months
The quality is terrible. The jewels are barely visible and look nothing like what was shown. One fang is crooked, and they don’t mirror each other at all. This is not even remotely close to what I ordered.

I was really excited for these, and the entire experience was ruined. I’m not interested in waiting another 8+ weeks for replacements.

After a 7 and half week waiting for grills to arrive. I have used the grills on 3 sperate occasions/nights out and now they are completely ruined the gold has worn off and changed colour and tarnished with no way to clean them.
I do not smoke and have taken them to local jewellers and have be advised that the gold plate was done poorly.
I have reached out to the company Hcgrillz ideally looking for a replacement but have had no response at all.
Very disappointed to say the least surely a replacement would be a fair thing to provide not only did they take extra long to arrive but arrived poorly made 3 uses and completed tarnished and worn with no way to restore.

Update I have had a response from the company and looking at resolution
