Jo and team are a person-centred company to a tee. They can never do enough for you and are truly passionate about what they do. I adore that they come forward with suggestions and if you need support with specific areas of difficulty. For example, if someone you support is struggling with cutlery or crockery, they will come out, see the person and support them to find the best thing for them. I love them. Cannot recommend them enough.

Rarely do I find a supplier who is as committed to our Customers as we are. HCSUK through Jo’s leadership ensure that they source and provide quality products in line with our high expectations. HCSUK always goes above and beyond. When we want something different, they pull our all the stops to deliver. Service is always provided with a smile (red lippy) and attention to detail! Jo, Rachel and the whole team at HCSuk are amazing! As a big care home we often need to order a variety of items and can always find what we need with the HCS team, if they do not supply it they go above and beyond to find it for us! The sales team are always professional, helpful and polite and servicing team are always thorough and professional when visiting the home to carry out maintenance of equipment.
