My experience with H&C's Trees has been a pleasure from start to finish. I got a few red robin trees for my garden. It all started when I used the chat option on H&C's website to get an advise reg spacing the trees, planting, etc. This was great since I spoke to an actual person (not the AI chat). I then went ahead and purchased my trees. I was kept updated reg delivery date and time throughout.
My trees arrived healthy and beautiful too!
Pure delight dealing with H&C's and I will definitely order from them again.

Really happy with the five trees we had planted. The guys were very respectful of our garden and tidied up any mess. The trees are good quality and look great. The aftercare instructions are very helpful. Would definitely use H&C’s Trees again.

Sell smaller trees to you than what’s advertised. Discount the trees to look like you’re getting a bargain but trying to pull a fast one. Do not use. You will not get what you asked for.

We recently purchased some trees from H&C trees and have been extremely pleased with the service we received and the quality of the trees that we received. After ordering, we soon got an email with a delivery date and what to expect, when the delivery day came the man who delivered the trees was extremely helpful and laid these down in our garden for us. They are great trees, excellent value and even bushier than we expected!

H&C supplied me with 2 Red Robin Pleached Trees after my new neighbour unexpectedly destroyed our previously cherished privacy by taking a chainsaw to the 40-year old 25ft Conifers in his garden. H&C have helped us restore -partially at least - a degree of privacy. Order to delivery was around 3 weeks, they contacted me a few days before and helped take the trees round the back for me. Max has been easy to contact & I'm going back now for 2 more to complete the width of the exposed fence

First time ordering from these guys but so so pleased. Really reasonable pricing, great communication throughout and so pleased with our new Amelanchier Lamarckii. We’ll be back for more!

I recently ordered four Ilex 'Nellie R. Stevens' standard trees (4-6cm girth, 2.4–2.7m tall in 10L pots) from H&C's Trees, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

The delivery was prompt and exactly as scheduled, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The trees arrived in excellent condition — healthy, well-formed, and clearly well cared for.

Now that they’re planted, they look fantastic. I positioned them to create a screen above the fence, and they do the job beautifully while also complementing the other plants in the planter. The shape and height are ideal, and they’ve immediately enhanced the overall look and feel of the garden.

Excellent service, Max helped us decide on the right pleached trees for our garden trough. We got nine trees plus staking kits, all delivered in excellent condition by Sam who very kindly carried everything into our back garden. The trees look brilliant! We will use again for upcoming garden projects!

Company were transparent from the start and were honest about the first delivery of trees being below standard. When my trees were delivered I was very pleased with the quality.
