My back is fixed, had sciatica, I was in bad shape with max dose of painkillers every day. The team worked over a period of 4 months and I now have no pain and can sit down! The X rays and scans led treatment made perfect sense and gave me confidence.

I was suffering from multiple shoulder issues and wasn’t sure how to tackle it. I am local to Healing Hands and a neighbour said positive things about his treatment there. I had an assessment with Dr Sanvir and he was reassuring and suggested a treatment plan. The treatment isn’t yet finished but I am so happy that I did it. The improvement is marked, I can sleep at night without waking up multiple times in pain, I am no longer plagued by firing nerves and I am beginning to be able to use my right arm again. I have been attending Healing-Hands-Chiropractic for a few years. I have been very fortunate to not have had any issues with my back or shoulders, and started to attend Healing Hands in preventative basis. During this time I have been doing strength training and running and Healing-Hands has always kept me moving.

Highly recommend. Dr Sanvir is great, I came with complaints of a bad back and sciatica and have seen great improvement in both - surprisingly my digestion seems to have improved too!

I had the thorough assessment and promptly paid for 10 lessons costing over £500. This was a mistake. Had I known beforehand that each session would last a maximum of 6 mins (usually 5) and involve nothing more than having a hand-held vibrating machine run over my shoulders and back as well as pressure applied to a few joints and muscles, I would have left after a few sessions. There was zero improvement to my neck pain and headaches. There was none of the expected chiropractic manipulation I had experienced in the past with other chiropractors. When I told the chiropractor that my condition was not improving - he seemed nonplussed and carried on with that damn vibrating machine. Even after I had finished my first course of treatment and had another assessment to view my results/progress, the results showed minimal improvement. I did express my frustration at seeing a and feeling no improvement after 10 visits costing £500 but the chiropractor didn’t seem bothered. I was asked if I wanted a copy of my assessment report and the xray images to be emailed to me but when I accepted the offer, he did not follow up and send me anything.

It may be that the issue was the particular chiropractor I had assigned to me as I had used the Richmond clinic 12 months previously and had a good experience with another chiropractor at the practice.

Dr Sanvir has been great at treating me and my 76 yo mother. He’s so attentive and gentle. The practice has a lovely feel and the staff are always been wonderful and receptive to our needs.

Dr Sanvir was excellent in making a full assessment ( x rays , body scans , alignment checks etc) before deciding on a course of treatment which led to a remarkable improvement in lower back and knee pain. Following his advice on exercise in parallel with regular visits drove an elimination of pain and greater overall strength , alignment and well being . The clinic is also run in a Remarkably efficient and organized manner which makes the logistics of multiple visits much easier to deal with . Arzo Osmani is excellent in this regard. A highly recommended practice .

I am a patient at the clinic for about a year now (first came to visit the clinic in February 2025). I used to suffer with severe shoulder and back pain. The clinic had a lot of availability so I did not have to wait long for my first appointment. I was seen by Dr Sanvir and he did all necessary assessments and x-rays on the first visit. Dr Sanvir was very professional, understanding and friendly. The next day, I came back to check my result and discuss the treatment plan. The clinic has offered me a good price on the treatment plan (I have checked other London clinics and they charge way more). After 3 months of treatment, there was a huge change in my body and I was finally pain free. I am still a patient at the clinic for maintenance treatments. I am extremely happy with the clinic and Dr Sanvir. I would love to thank you for amazing help as I am now able to do things I love to do again! :)

On two occasions, I have relied on the chiro expertise and experience of Dr Chong to overcome cyatica pain and neck inflammation, which were debilitating and were causing me significant pain, inability to move and even issues in sleeping. On both occasions treatment was very effective and fast, quite amazing really. I definitely recommend him as a very professional, competent, caring and accommodating Chiropractor.

Healing Hands is amazing. I’ve suffered awful lower back problems with pain going down one of my legs. I was given a thorougher health assessment including scans and I was able to see the pictures to understand what was going on. After regular treatment I am no longer in pain. What’s more the staff are so friendly and really care.

Healing Hands Chiropractic in Richmond, London has been a game changer. I had been suffering with neck pain, headaches and back pain for years. I tried many different therapies and nothing helped. On my first appointment, the chiropractor conducted a thorough examination which included a nerve scan, a muscle scan, stress scan, x-rays, posture pictures and more tests. I was surprised at how detailed the check up was. It gave a clear picture of why I was getting my symptoms. The doctor came up with a treatment plan and we started treatment. I feel so much better. My headaches are gone, my back feels stronger and my posture has improved. It has changed my life and my family’s life. The best part was being able to track my progress with the scans and tests. I was dealing with some serious pain, and after seeing two orthopaedic doctors and physiotherapists who couldn't figure it out, I finally went to Dr Sanvir. He quickly identified that I had a pinched nerve in my neck from bad posture. He took X-rays and used a scanner to check my spine and nervous system, showing just how knowledgeable he is.
Afterwards, I got extra X-rays and an MRI at the hospital, which confirmed what he had already diagnosed.

I'm really impressed with Dr Sanvir and his team, and the front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming.
