A few days later!...During a sauna this morning I realised I hadn't said I have had my Health Mate sauna for many years and before Health-Mate were in the UK. I mean the incredible and generous help given was not on a sauna purchased from them so again my many thanks to both Gert and Jarred. The sauna is excellent too!

If you enjoy heat and like going to the sauna, I highly recommend getting one! The Best Product in the UK!

If you feel the heat might be too much and you prefer cold therapy or something milder, then a sauna might not be for you. But if you truly enjoy the heat, this sauna is an excellent choice.

Before buying, I did a lot of research(!!!) and was originally planning to buy another brand. I’m really glad I came across HealthMate UK instead because it gives me everything I was looking for.

First of all, the price is reasonable, the quality is excellent, and the design looks great in my house.

The heaters are very good quality and perform extremely well. One of the best features is that you can set the temperature above 70°C, which gives a proper, intense heat for people who really want to feel the benefits of a hot sauna. Some of the popular Infrared Saunas can't do that, this one with ease.

After using the sauna regularly for the past 12 months, I’ve noticed many improvements in my health.The owner of Health Sauna Gert sent me a Medical Symptoms Questionnaire which I filled out over the 12 months, and it was interesting to see how many areas had improved, final result - 100% improvement. My sleep has improved, my ears and sinuses feel better, and I no longer experience sore throats or frequent infections. My lungs feel clearer, I have less joint and muscle pain, and general tightness in my body has gone away. I also have more energy, less fatigue, and my mind feels calmer with fewer mood swings.

Another great detail was that the sauna was "carefully wiped with a damp cloth" before installation, so when it was installed it there was no strong cedar wood smell, clearing the dirt from the factory. The installation process was handled very carefully, which I appreciated for such a high-quality product.

Maintenance is easy as long as you keep it dry and use clean towels.

Even when using the sauna at lower temperatures around 50°C, which isn’t extremely hot, you can still experience many health benefits. I totally recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their health.

There is a lot of research showing that sweating and detoxifying through sauna use can be very beneficial. If you don’t have space for a traditional Finnish Sauna, this one is a great alternative, a must have because it can easily fit in a spare room, garage, or even a garden space, and it's energy efficient.

I also had a great experience with Gert and the team, who helped me choose the right sauna and supported the installation in my home. The installation for me took a bit longer, due to the sudden increase of orders, but once installed I could use it daily and that made me very happy.

What a great company and product. Our total experience with Health Mate, from start to (current) end, has been outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Our first enquiry with Jared, seeking advice for the right product for us was a delight. He was genuinely interested in our needs, space available, etc. It's great having the delivery and installation all included in the price as well as you know exactly what you're in for. The sauna looks great and really good quality. We used it (Gaia 3) the same day it was delivered & installed (and have done so most days since!) and again we're really impressed with heat-up time and the heat.
Gert called us about 24 hours after installation to ask how everything was and whether we had any questions, which was great. We had a little bit of an issues with the Bluetooth speaker (user error as it turns out!) and Gert has continually been in touch to ensure everything works as expected. So we are extremely happy with everything about our new sauna and Health Mate UK. We'd highly recommend them.
And if you're wondering why I put '(current) end' of our experience, it's because the sauna has a lifetime guarantee, and I am under no illusion that if we have an issue in a number of years down the line, the team will get it resolved.

I would highly recommend Health Mate. I am so pleased with my Sauna, it has been the best health investment for me. The service levels provide by the Health Mate Team are excellent, they are supportive, friendly and professional. It was a big decision to buy a sauna but I know I made the right one as I am so happy with it.

Health Mates operatives showed up on time and with minimal fuss installed the Sauna in a couple of hours.
Very happy with the Sauna and pleased with the infra red version. The Sauna was set up in an outbuilding at the bottom of my garden so required a bit more transporting than one into a house but this wasn't an issue for the lads.

Though installed late due to unavoidable circumstances, kept informed thought. Everyone polite and very thoughtful. Richard was very good in explaining workings after installation patiently.

I only wish the sound of Bluetooth speaker (whilst connecting only) could be less.

Prompt delivery by two friendly guys who set the sauna up very quickly. Gert was very helpful throughout. Have only been in it three times so far but already feel some improvement in my joints. I realise it takes a few weeks or months to feel all the benefits so I may leave another review after a while.

Fantastic experience right from visiting the office to try out the sauna we liked before making a decision to buy and then the whole process buying and arranging delivery. After installed, slight damage was found by the installation team due to packaging but Gert and his team put plans in place to replace the damage personally came to supervise this. Couldn’t ask for better service. Sauna is working perfectly and we are really benefiting from this
