Easy to order,fast delivery, good service

Purchased an item that I wanted to return, checked if I could return without original packaging which I was told I could, returned item only to be told I couldn't receive a a refund as I hadn't returned with the instructions. Requested the item to be sent back to me only to be told I would need to pay £4 P&P!

I was ok with the fact that I couldn't get a refund due to some packaging items missing even though this wasn't clear on their email correspondence BUT to then be charged £4 to return the item (I already had paid to send the item back) is very much penny pinching over good customer service. They now have one disgruntled ex-customer who won't be using them again, but at least they have managed to save £4 on their P&L - they really need to review this part of their business!

Quite prompt delivery but phone settings didn't allow set up complete as kept saying time and date incorrect which they weren't. Contacting them was passed back instead of answering and dealing with product they sold. Unhelpful.

Following a brain aneurysm I was left with right sided weakness and foot drop. I have managed without the use of a supportive aid for many years, however following a ankle fusion I was advised by the physio at Circle Hospital, Lincoln to wear the Ossur foot up, which I have done for the last 2 years,
But recently the elastic strip had worn out. I tried another make, but didn't like it as much. So after getting in touch with the hospital the gave me detail where I could purchase another Ossur.
When it arrived it didn't fit the same as the previous one. The elastic strip didn't seem long enough and the strain kept causing the clip to unfasten itself.
If I folded the padded cuff length ways if seemed to work, but obviously it make it bulky around my ankle.
Through choice I wish I didn't need the device, and I like to be discrete about wearing any kind of support, so I wish it didn't have to advertise your logo or a label highlighting 'foot up' so more attention is bought to the fact that i need to wear supportive aid.
