Flawless application process
Stumbled across the company online and made some initial enquiries. Very promptly I was contacted by Mark to see if I gad any questions and if he could help. At the time I wasnt ready to proceed but Mark left me alone to make my decision and didnt pester me at all. When I eventually decided to proceed a couple of months later, Mark was instantly responsive and sent me what I needed to get a quote. The quotation was very quick and easy offering multiple different options for cover. With Marks help, I quickly settled on the policy for me and, after reviewing my application, Mark ensured it was forwarded to the correct department for processing - this was over the weekend! I was covered on Monday and got my policy docs same day.
