I'm 32 and have been dealing with wrist discomfort during my workouts for a while. Whether it's the pull-down at machine or push-ups, my wrist and hand area always take a beating. It's not exactly a sprain, but it sure feels like it. The pain lingers, making it hard to bend my wrist. I decided to try this wrist support from HealthChoiceEssential.com, and I'm pleasantly surprised. It feels great as soon as I put it on, offering the relief I desperately needed. Just remember to choose the right hand orientation; I went for the small/medium size, and it fits perfectly. So far, so good!
