You are making people fool. I ordered a Creatine on 9th October, after so many calls (which you hardly bother to pick up), it got delivered yesterday (30th October). Now, instead of Creatine, you have sent a BCAA and now I have been trying to call you and have called at least 100 times yesterday, but no answer. Got a call back and the lady stated that she was in a meeting since 1:30 pm. She asked me to share the pictures via whatsapp and she will arrange a pick up and replace the product and disconnected the call. I tried calling back after sharing the pics, call was going on waiting and then number was switched off. I have ordered so many supplements in the past, have never faced any such problems.You have definitely lost one customer of yours after all this. And I will never recommend HealthFarm to anyone.

Very bad product of healthfarm, it's all fake

I ordered two supplements from them but got only one and when tried to contact them there customer service is not responding even on email worst experience

Worst experience with healthfarm it is almost 15 day i don’t have get my order and i have call customer care even they don’t know they make fool and said aapka order kl tak aaja aaj 15din hogya ha koi pta nhi h order ka worst experience in my life. i my life i can not purchase any product of heathfarm they only make fool The customers

No doubt the protein taste was good but if I talk about the results I find Best nutrition advance whey protein is on top for me.

I ordered this protein 10 times in 10 days, I went for 10 days but it was not delivered, they called from the head office and told me to check, then after that there was no response, I think so. They have a lot of clients to take protein or they have opened a protein factory to pass time, now you will waste so much time that no one is going to take protein.

I use healthfarm only to buy RAW products. For first month I placed an order of BUM whey Itholate. I recieved on 5th day. I appreciated that since I read few reviews the delivery service is now much better. 2nd month I bought RAW Whey protein and delivery was fine but they completely ruined the delivery experience they sent wrong products and the after sales service is literally super pathetic. Their customer care number works from 10am to 6pm but it was switched off. I sent a mail and it's been 4 days and still no response. I raised a query on Twitter, they provided a WhatsApp number now it's been 2 days again no response. All an all don't pay in advance always order COD and check your order.

Very bad experience 1 month ordered but product is still not delivered nor any updates from their side

Pathetic customer service i have ever faced in my life. I have ordered products on 20th April 2023 and still my products didn’t dispatch or deliver to me. When i ask to them when my products will be dispatch they always says tomorrow we will dispatch your products and they said these words on 4th May 2023 and today is 12 May still don’t know where is my product and i ask for the cancel my product they also denied the to cancel.

The product hasn't arrived, i cannot track it, the customer service doesn't respond to emails, very bad service
