I recently used HealthieOne for comprehensive blood testing and had a great overall experience. Their customer service stands out, they respond to messages very quickly and always give detailed, helpful answers that actually point you in the right direction. The entire process was super simple from start to finish, and my results came back fairly fast.
One thing worth noting: I chose the phlebotomist-collected blood sample option. While it worked fine, it was a little more expensive than the at-home self-collection alternative, and it ended up being more time-consuming. In hindsight, doing the test myself at home would have been much easier and saved me a lot of hassle.
That said, I highly recommend HealthieOne. Their team is genuinely on top of things in a way that’s rare these days. Don’t hesitate to ask questions if you have any. Excellent service and a smooth experience overall.

There are dozens of at-home blood testing businesses on market, but this one is by far the best value for money. Not only is the set of biomarkers more comprehensive, but the customer service is bar none.

I love this product/service. For what you’re getting, it’s actually not that expensive. The process is very user-friendly and helpful if you are afraid of needles or finger-pricking. This is such a necessary company because unfortunately the USA is a pathetic joke when it comes to preventative medical care or even thorough medical care. I would highly recommend this for everyone, healthy or not.

HealthieOne is a medical lab service run by extremely qualified medical professionals. My husband and I looked into the team behind HealthieOne, prior to deciding to use their services. We were very impressed to learn that prior to founding HealthieOne (Gigantest), Dr. Anne Le, led her team at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine to several breakthrough discoveries in the metabolism of cancer and other diseases. She is an extremely qualified medical professional with a truly outstanding background.
Both my husband and I have used HealthieOne's services. We used the Complete Duo package for 2 people and have also done follow up tests to track changes in our health. The "at home" blood collection process is extremely easy, painless and very convenient. The time to receive the test results are very fast, the detailed, comprehensive report is very easy to understand, and the follow-up from HealthieOne's team is amazing. I have an extremely complex, chronic, undiagnosed condition and the HealthieOne team has been absolutely amazing. They helped me interpret my results and their customer service is seriously one of the best I've ever experienced. We highly recommend HealthieOne!

This is an excellent company that you can tell is dedicated to medical rigor and caring for their patients. They have reference information for everything they test for and some of the best support that I’ve ever experienced. It’s expensive, but absolutely worth it. (Also, I LOVE that they have a home self-collection option.)

Me and my wife decided to purchase the HealthieOne complete tests after researching them and reaching out to the company with many questions. They were extremely communicative and understanding of our questions on how it works and all of the Bloodmarkers that they test for. They are really at the forefront of the best technology for testing many different blood markers without the need for so much blood. I personally really do not like to give blood and have fainted in the past during a blood draw so having it done so quickly was really a major benefit. We received any results 5 days after the blood draw including shipping the blood to their lab on the East Coast from Texas. We also are able to ask any questions we want about the results with physicians on call. A wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for the most in-depth and accurate blood testing out there.

I tried HealthieOne as an alternative to function health test I had tried previously and I was not disappointed. With a lot less blood to draw, faster turnaround times and many more bio markers reported, I will use HealthieOne from now on.

They are a real company and free to share their address and phone number. After researching I found that their leadership came out of Johns Hopkins which is now their client along with Mayo Clinic and other leading institutions.
They use advanced and unique technology so they can provide over 250 bio markers with only two small vials of blood! After our testing they reached out and were very glad to help us understand our results and what to do as a result.
