I purchased health insurance on recommendation of the broker working for this company who was clearly lacking experience about the products they were paid to sell. I suffered financial loss as policy did not cover the elements promised by the broker. Company would only offer minimal compensation for 2 years of premiums paid in good faith. Immoral, unethical practice and would never use them again. Furthermore private health insurance companies recommended by them just act as gatekeepers and are unlikely to support your claim so I would avoid.

We have had terrific advice from Tina Dean who personally masterminded the switching to a new health provider.
No praise can be too high for all her help..

Miss-sold a policy.
They are great at selling absolutely rubbish if your not happy!!
AVOID at all costs,save your money.

If I could give ten stars I would because Lee in the Health Insurance department was absolutely amazing. I am in my mid 70’s and didn’t really understand all of the options and he explained thoroughly & carefully to help me understand my options. It took him three calls over a period of time before I really understood my options & costing. He was so patient & kind and I didn’t feel overwhelmed. Thank You Lee.

The website seems very straightforward... You fill in your details and press "get a quote now" only to read a note that says your details have been saved and someone will contact you. You don't get a quote "now" which is what I wanted.
The next day I was bombarded with phone calls from the company. They started at 8.20am and were constant every hour. A different person every hour even though I told the first one to take my number off their call list. Everyone of the callers kept on talking even though I said at the onset that I was not interested - obviously keen to get their commission no matter what !!!!

Jake wright was amazingly helpful and efficient.

Apologies to Charlie for the accidental one star on my previous review. Charlie helped me immensely with the service he was representing. It was a pleasure chatting to him also. An extremely well mannered, kind and polite young man.

The website seems very straightforward... You fill in your details and clock on "get a quote now" only to read a note your details had been saved and someone will contact you. So you don't get a quote and it certainly not now.
Will I trust this company as my health insurance broker? obviously not!
