This app has a lot of potential & is better than a lot of the other labwork organizational tools I've looked into. Things I quite like: the ranges ARE adjustable. Some laboratories use very different ranges for their testing. If you print out a bunch of tests in graph form (I really like the graph form!) on another site without adjustable ranges, & the ranges are strongly divergent from the doctor you are taking them to's platform, (esp. with borderline test results rather than sky high) they will read one or two, roll their eyes & then essentially dismiss the results, usually complaining about direct to consumer health tools & overly involved patients. So having the ranges be adjustable is Great. Despite spending about a week entering labs back a great many years, there were very few (maybe 3?) that I found were not in their system. I was on a different sites lab entry app for quite a few years & they had only very basic labs which isn't much use to someone w/a lot of different conditions they are tracking. My only real complaint is that if you want to search for a particular lab, turn the results into a graph to print out & hand carry to your doctor, they look great, but only go back perhaps 20 some data points. If you get your labs run very frequently due to a particular medical treatment, that could basically be one to two years of labs. You cannot then print out a long history that shows exactly when your values either tanked out, or really improved. I'm sure they will eventually tinker with the site to fix that issue but in the meantime, it's still a quite good site. Of note, this site used to offer a monthly pay version, which several AI's still quote as fact. The monthly version is no more. There is only the one year or lifetime version.

If you care about your health and your MD doesn't answer your questions then this is the place to send your lab reports. Each test will be explained in detail and will be graded normal, moderate, high. The report can be output to Excel or compatible spreadsheet. Comparisons of each item on lab tests over a period of years by graph makes it easy to see trends. From my point of view, today we are on our own to stay healthy. I've used them for the last 5 years. Re: Honesty. One time I paid twice and sent email and received prompt refund.

I signed up for the free trial of HealthMatters.IO, providing my credit card as required. The platform did NOT support the bloodwork I needed, and I canceled right away. I have proof of cancellation.

HealthMatters.IO has billed monthly and my attempts to work with them to stop this fraudulent charge have gone in circles because, you guessed it, they cannot find my account. That is because it does not exist.

I am running through the tedious hoops of disputing with my credit card company.

Be warned! This is a scam business who clearly expects people will not notice or can't be bothered to remediate the monthly $15 credit card charge.

Robin came to me three times and her attitude was no good I spoke too Liz and she thanked me for the review Robin said she was a nurse plus other degrees she was a dishonest .

I was not able to cancel my subscription even though I cancelled within minutes of subscribing.

The previous review is my same issue. Customer support does not exist. They charge my card but no interpretations processed or received.

I believe that it’s possible this company may be attempting to run scheduled payment fraud. I joined on 17 January 2023, and had to message the service provider to ask when I would get my test interpretation report.

To be fair, she advised that she would do the interpretation free of charge due to the delay which I appreciated so I’ve awarded one star for this, and another as the quality of information was helpful and I received my report on 23 January 2023.

However, as soon as I tried to cancel my subscription things started to go horribly wrong…

I cancelled in January to avoid paying for February but I was charged anyway. I logged back into my account and took a screenshot of my account billing settings which had a clear message saying that my subscription was set to expire on 17 March 2023, and I would not be charged again.

I emailed the service provider questioning why my account was still being charged after I cancelled the subscription, and received no response. I then noticed today that my bank account was charged again for the recurring payment without my agreement, and due to the lack of company response I had to report it to my bank as being fraudulent.

I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and did not pursue them for repayment of my February payment, yet after taking a screenshot of my account billing setting, there was a clear message that my account had been cancelled and that I would not be charged for March… and yet I still was.

It casts a poor light on my experience which is a pity given I would have otherwise recommended this service to others in my community who similarly suffer from poor health. But the cynic in me also wonders if there is an assumption that people who suffer from poor health are less likely to notice recurring payments, which would make this intentional scheduled payment fraud… I guess I’ll never know for certain, but I do advise any future users to request future scheduled payments are blocked by your bank!
