Ordered a hoodie in September 2023 ..
Still not arrived. Awful service.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Placed my order in September 2023 and it is now January with no dispatch date in sight. I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order. Amy who answers the emails is very unhelpful and makes ridiculous excuses. Shame on this company ripping people off!

Absolutely shocking company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ordered a fleece on 1st November, it’s now the 17th January and I still do not have my order!!!! Emailed a few times and they Amy cousins has replied saying that the issue is being addressed and my order should be dispatched soon???? When???? Delivery between 14-21 days it has been 73 working days that is absolutely diabolical. Asked for my money back but apparently they can’t give refunds because it’s personalised, what a load of bull. Awful company

I ordered from this site in August 2023, and I have only received it in January 2024, and I was constantly emailing asking where my order was, they never updated me. I understand that there is a wait but on the website it states 21 days, this was five months with no apology. It caused so much unnecessary stress

I placed an order 28th September 2023 and have yet to receive my order. Countless emails back and fourth some that were copied and pasted without appropriate explanation for the delay. Yes this product is personalised but 3/4month to create a personalised product is not appropriate or an excuse for such a delay. If you know that it will take this long why write that the est time is 14-21 days? Each email correspondence has been unhelpful and I am still awaiting my product. I've resorted to buying from etsy and will definitely not be using this company again. How disappointing! How can the only compensation be a discount code for future purchases. With this kind of service it is laughable to think there will be future purchases.

Absolutely shocking service would not recommend to anyone to order! Been waiting since September 2023 for my order still not received and just get reply’s stating they are working on this and it will be posted. Refused to give me a refund as it’s personalised yet they haven’t even forefilled my order quality control issues is the excuse I’ve been getting. Absolute shocking company and terrible customer service

Zero stars. What a scam company. Made a purchase 3/4 months and still not received it yet. Keep being told I will receive it soon. And to my surprise another payment from this scam company has taken another payment without my permission

Ordered a personalised NHS hoodie in AUGUST, it is now 11th January and I have not received it. I was initially told it’d be dispatched by 17th November, then nothing so once chased up again, to be told 22nd December, to chase up again to be told no date but I will receive an email once dispatched?
5 months I have been waiting for ONE hoodie, with no estimated delivery date in sight!

I have waited two months already for a fleece I ordered from them. I have had absolutely no communication whatsoever about the status of my order and why it is so late.
I emailed them three weeks ago and they have only just responded today telling me they can't provide me with a dispatch date or any update about the status of my order. They won't offer a refund either.
I dont usually leave reviews but I had to for this as it is really appalling service.

If i could give zero stars i would! Ordered a fleece in September 2023 and still haven’t received it! Have sent numerous emails all which have been ignored. Managed to contact them on facebook with there reply of we’ll prioritise your order for despatch on the 5th Jan! Guess what still nothing! Disgusting to be ripping off NHS staff!!

DO NOT ORDER! Placed on order on the 26/10/23 and still not received. Emailed numerous times and keep getting told your order will be dispatched soon and still no sign of order. Absolute scam. This company needs to be looked into and shut down.

Ordered a personalised fleece in 18th October, still haven't received order in January 24! Emailed in November o query where order was, they responded with its in the production line so estimated time 14-21 working days. Then nothing emailed today to request a cancellation on of the order as this is ridiculous! When I order a fleece in 2021 came within 2 weeks and it was great, very very disappointed!

Ordered in September and still waiting was given 3 delivery dates in total, when It comes to that date I get another email stating it’s been pushed back another few weeks, very disappointed in customer service and communication told wasn’t able to get a refund due to personalisation but can’t give me a guaranteed date, asked to explain why there was constant delays and had no email back would not order from this company again nor recommend

I'm still waiting for my order, which I was told was delayed "due to unforeseen circumstances and additional challenges in supply chain"
Constantly needed to email chasing for updates since I ordered an NHS Rainbow Bundle Deal (Fleece & Zoodie) on 31/10/2023.. 10 weeks later and still not arrived, even following an email on 05/01/2024 stating "Your order is on track to be dispatched later this afternoon" and "Your order will be shipped from our production facility in the next 24 hours for next day delivery" 🙄

Non personalised fleece ordered in October didn’t arrive. When I emailed I was told I could not cancel the order or receive a refund. When I heard nothing and received nothing by January I contacted my credit card provider who investigated and refunded within a week.

I placed order in August hasn’t received my order yet. I am frustrated contacting this company. It’s fake don’t lose your money

Order my fleece in late September still hasn’t arrived and we’re now into January! Emailed the company multiple times to which they haven’t even responded to! Don’t order from here!

DO NOT ORDER COMPLETE SCAM!!! Order placed 26th October and still not recieved my hoodie, emailed and continuously told garment has been allocated but item is delayed now being told delivery on 22nd January 2024 I wont hold my breath, wish I never ordered from here completely scared. Charge back via bank requested and now have a refund!!!!!!
